Das Appartement war klasse! Eine Traumlage am Eck, direkt am Kai mit Blick auf den Kanal Guidecca und die gegenüberliegende Seite dem Stadtteil Dorsoduro. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertiger und ansprechend, das Bett sehr bequem. Die umgebaute/restaurierte Fabrikhalle wirkt großartig in ihrer Architektur. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich. Michele war jederzeit erreichbar und reagierte sehr schnell. Das war vor allem wichtig als einmal der Strom ausgefallen war und der starke Nebel unsere Ankunft behinderte. Wir fühlten uns von ihm rundum sehr gut betreut. Bäcker und einige Lokale sind in der Nähe zu finden. Auch zwei Stationen des Vaporettos sind in fünf Minuten zu erreichen.

Nichts

Die Lage ist wunderbar um ab vom Trubel ruhig zu wohnen. Der Blick bei offener Terrassentür ein Traum. Mit dem Vaporetto hat man Nahe gelegen zwei Stationen zur Wahl und ist schnell auf der Hauptinsel. Der Check-in war super einfach. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

The location was excellent. The views were superb. The bed was comfortable. It was cool in the heat.

A couple of minor tweaks could have made our stay better: Interiors need a freshen up (peeling paint, bathroom grout etc) and the kitchen/bathroom could use a couple of basic extras ( sharp knives, a little olive oil, shampoo (more than a tiny sachet) and soap etc.).

Spacious, confortable and very tastefully decorated apartment. There's a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to cook. Although it is located in Giudecca, it is very easy to get to San Marco or to the main train station by boat (one of the stops is very close and boats depart regularly), even easier than if you stay at some other locations in one of the main islands. The view is amazing, postcard-like, right at the doorstep! The area is quiet, but it is still very much Venice. Good restaurants/cafés nearby where you can get a taste of local cuisine without waiting, getting ripped off or being served mediocre food (a problem in more touristy areas). Great option if you want to go see Venice, but also chill out a bit walking along Giudecca's shore and through the pittoresque little streets in the island.
