About this apartment rental
A pretty and spacious apartment, with all the comforts, converted from an architectural salvage of an old industrial structure, nearby the hotel Molino Stucky, in a suggestive and pleasant picture of the Giudecca island. The apartment is situated on two floors with visible wooden beams and is composed of three bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate four/five people surrounded by a suggestive and quiet area, which is the island of Giudecca. The apartment has 1 double-room, a twin-bedded room, a living room complete with sofa, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a utility room with a washing machine, a safe, free TV and WIFI. All rooms have air-conditioning, and a warm welcome greets the guests thanks to the elegant furnishing. The apartment is located approximately 150 m. from the jetty of Palanca and in the same area there are various shops, banks and nice restaurants, everything outside of the big tourist flows and therefore our guests can immerse themselves in the Venetian really more true.

Peaceful sanctuary away from crowds but BYOT (toiletries)Apartment is clean and well kept. Upstairs bathroom is TINY, especially for adults. If you're staying for more than a couple of nights, you'll need more than the miniscule soaps and shampoo. We ran to the store for more soap and were rationing TP by the end of our stay (4 rolls total for 4 people over 5 nights). Facial tissue would have been nice. AC works great and it was wonderful to have a separate unit for upstairs. Location wonderful.

We stayed for 4 nights in the Starfish 2 Apartment as two adult friends, the apartment could accommodate a family of 4 or may be 5. It's well designed, functional and aesthetically to a good standard, it feels light and airy. Very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, very comfortable beds and quiet area. Kitchen is well equipped.Our host Cristina was so helpful, met us off the Alilaguna Blue boat when we arrived from the airport, information clearly provided, and Cristina also researched details about a vegan/vegetarian restaurant for us.
We liked staying on Giudecca, a nice and more quiet place to start and end the day, and easy to travel from with the Vaporetto boats. Already talking about a next trip, and would always choose Starfish apartments again.

We stayed at this apartment over the New Year. Venice was cold, but the apartment was very warm and cosy! We felt that we had made a very good choice with this apartment. Christina and her husband were very helpful and responded to any questions we had very quickly. Although across the lagoon from Venice, it was very easy to catch a public service boat from Palanca, a few minutes stroll away. The furniture and accessories are of high quality and the accommodation is perfect for two couples sharing or a family of 4/5. There is a supermarket and restaurants close by. Highly recommended!
