Disaster 😡

We are not happy When we came to house , the room is small like a shoebox. Bed side light and television were broken. When we returned that evening to find boy cooking and women waving us because the door was opened. In bed room.more came later,you won’t sleep here.???…. Unsafe to staying there.

I’m glad that I had the opportunity to spend a great time at this apartment!!

The space in the room is great, the kitchen has everything if you need to cook and also a spacious bathroom. The location is also great, next to groceries and public transport, 10/10!!! If you want a good place with a reasonable price, this is the place for sure!

The could clean the place better; what I noticed was that the cleaner doesn’t clean the bathroom very often and it’s a shared bathroom, so it wasn’t that good. I this is the only thing that need to be improved.

What I liked about this place: I really liked the convenient location — there are both big and small grocery stores nearby, and right outside the building there’s a wide variety of cafes and restaurants with affordable prices. You can easily reach all the main attractions either by walking or taking a bus, and the bus stop is also very close.

Upon arrival, we found hair on the bed sheets, which made us question their cleanliness and sleep in our clothes. The kitchen sink was completely clogged and filled with greasy water and food debris throughout the first day, only becoming usable by the second. Although a washing machine was listed as one of the amenities, when we tried to use it, it was not powered. I messaged the host via WhatsApp, and he replied that it was his personal machine. Communication with the host was not an example of friendliness. It wasn’t rude, but I wouldn’t call it ideal either. There were also no clear written instructions on how to enter the apartment — I had to call the host and receive all the details verbally. At one point during our stay, the code for the lock stopped working. Luckily, we discovered it during the day. If it had happened late at night, there was a real risk of being locked out — simply due to technical issues or a lack of attention to guaranteed guest access.

SHARED BATHROOM WHICH ISN'T KEPT CLEAN - DECENT LOCATION

Good location, room was OK

Checking in - had to stand on the street (at 10 p.m. in the dark) and download an app, enter passport details, wait for confirmation etc etc. I had very little battery left on my phone so it could all have been even worse. This could have been sorted before arrival surely? Not clear from the listing that it's a shared bathroom - which didn't get cleaned as far as I could tell for the entire time I was there so full of hairs, dirt etc. Toilet was also pretty smelly. Nipped out on my last day, got back to the flat well before check-out time but the entry code had already been changed, again it was a good job I didn't leave my phone behind as had to call and ask to be let in.

Low cost accommodation - but it's a shared bathroom!

The room was cheap. But there's a reason! You get more privacy than a bed in a dormitory. Location was fair, for the price. The lift worked.

Main issue for me was that it's a shared bathroom - between 4 rooms in an apartment. The description said 'Deluxe Double' but the room was very basic. Description listed shared kitchen as a benefit - but failed to mention shared bathroom. Check-in was a nightmare - the apartment was untended so electronic form had to be completed on mobile phone in the street. Entry is complicated - Dial a number to open the street door - enter a code to open the apartment door - open a key safe to access the bedroom key. It's cheap - for a reason. It failed to meet my expectations.

Mediocore

The location is great. Just around the corner was a lidle, Aldi, basic fit en een goede cafeteria for breakfast. Lot of locals. Of coarse very close to the center of town. Everything is within walking distance.

The instructions for checking in could have been a lot better. When I arrived at the appartement I finally was able to contact Alberto and he sent me to another apartment building (made me very unhappy). When I got to the other appartement building it turned out to be wrong. Then I was told to go back to the building I was at. The codes I recieved initially did not open the door. One of the other guests opened the door for me and gave me his codes. So finally after some stress I was able to relax. Also later the codes I got, worked.

Location was good and easy to get to by bus from the airport. Only 20 mins walk to city centre and had everything else in walking distance

It was unclear from the advert that other guests would be staying in this property too, using a shared bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom was unclean and the bedding was covered in stains. It was difficult to enter the property as no instructions were given from the owner.

Stressful experience- awful, unhelpful host

Location was fairly central- though there are places in the pretty old town that are cheaper than this.

Host was unhelpful and initially told me he couldn't let me in to the apartment because booking.com was down!!! He was not at the property and did everything remotely- even though it says online that check-in is 24/7, this is not true. He told me to put my luggage in a random dirty little kitchen in a random apartment and to go out for a few hours until booking.com was up again. How is it fair that I paid in full in advance but then am told ' we have a problem, I cannot let you in'??? When I tried to call him later he didn't pick up the phone so I had to bang on the door to get someone inside to let me in to get my things from the random apartment and finally got in to the other apartment just before midnight. Awful, scary and stressful. Avoid!!!

The way to get entry, standing in the rain on the street downloading an app. Before you can enter the building. Finaly entry code did not work. No heating in the room, approx. 14 c. Shared bathroom, toilet sear underside not clean. Parking space expensive and 700 mtr. Away.

Location near the city centre.

-bed sheets not changed -overall house disgusting and not cleaned -no windows -host missinforming on the booking regards the info, the number of rooms and if there was sharedbathroom -requested to change room as there was rooms available but refused. -host mentioned if we cancel 2 days, he will refund for 1 day - greedy behaivor -shared bathroom, not cleaned -staff rude and unhelpful, for them its all about the profit and 0 investment. -tiny room -no meet and greet, had to wait for neighboors to open the flat door downstairs. -WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID.

Very disappointed by the place rented and the staff, SHARED BATHROOM AND KITCHEN NOT SPECIFIED

The location was great, situated in the center of Malaga.

The accomodation did not meet our expectations at all. We were expecting a private kitchen and bathroom, which we didn’t get. Because of this inconvenience, we talked with the owner of the property, Alberto, and explained the situation. He blamed booking.com for the error, without taking any responsibility, letting us deal with the problem on our own, not showing any concern nor even apologizing. The facilities were okay, but since it was an apartment shared with at least 6 people at a time, the bathroom and the kitchen were not always clean. We stayed at the property for 6 days and both places were cleaned once. Since Alberto doesn’t provide daily cleaning, it's up to us and the people that we are sharing the place with, at the moment, to keep it clean, but most of the time people don't clean after themselves so it's dirty. The room where we stayed in was small and very hot, it was provided to us with a small fan (it wasn’t enough to deal with the heat), so we needed to keep our room door open, losing our privacy, to get some fresh air in. Sound isolation was not the best since the building’s old, so if you’re looking for a quiet night of sleep, not the best option. From what we saw of the kitchen, it seemed like it was fully equipped but we didn’t use it much due to the dirtiness of the other users.

Tuve que llamar varias veces y esperar hasta las 19h para poder entrar. El baño estaba compartido cuando ponía privado. El baño estaba muy sucio. El aire acondicionado de pago (no estipulado en el anuncio). La ubicación no estaba frente a las estación si no a un cuarto de hora andando.

Sin palabras Era un olor entre sucio ropa húmdad, personas de edad avanzada que no le gusta la duha peronas de de piel oscura cebolla podrid este olor no he podido dormir hay que oagar para usar el aire en este sitio llame un taxi y fue dormri en la estación de tren Pelos en la cama y creo que cogi chinche me pica el cuerpo

Mir hat an der Unterkunft nichts gefallen. Die Umgebung war nicht die beste, das Bett war nicht sauber und die Toilette musste mit anderen Gästen geteilt werden und war ebenfalls in schlechtem Zustand. Aus diesen Gründen musste ich für den Rest meines Urlaubs ein anderes Hotel buchen.“
