Para estadías cortas cumple con su función

El alojamiento cumple con sus funciones, fiel a las imágenes. El señor Ulrich fue bastante amable y educado siempre, respondió a nuestras preguntas por mensajes rápidamente. Para una estadía de pocos días esta bien, estas a 20 minutos caminando del centro, alrededor hay varios comercios y supermercados, transporte, la zona es movida. No es la zona más bonita de Málaga pero realmente para la relación calidad precio esta bien.

La limpieza de la ducha no cumplió con mis expectativas, además el primer día tuvimos algunos problemas con la presión del agua ya que imagino que otros de los huéspedes de la casa se estaba bañando. Encontramos unos calcetines usados dentro del closet y tuvimos la visita de una cucaracha.

En general la habitación, es bueno y seguro.

La ubicación es conveniente, puedes caminar o tomar un autobús hasta el centro en unos 20-25 minutos. La habitación está limpia. El propietario explicó todo y fue amable.

Hay pequeñas cosas realmente molestas sobre las que otros viajeros escribieron.

La stanza è accogliente e tenuta piuttosto bene, e si trova in un’ottima posizione: una zona molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina al centro di Malaga, raggiungibile in circa 20 minuti (o meno). L’host è stato molto gentile e ci ha spiegato tutto in modo chiaro e preciso. Purtroppo ci sono alcuni aspetti negativi che andrebbero rivisti. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato parecchia polvere sulla testiera del letto e sulla cappa della cucina. Inoltre, abbiamo avuto problemi con gli insetti: in camera erano presenti formiche (a volte anche sul letto), e l’ultimo giorno di soggiorno mi è saltato addosso quello che sembrava essere uno scarafaggio di grosse dimensioni. Un’altra informazione importante è che l’host dovrebbe specificare chiaramente nell’annuncio che non si tratta di un appartamento indipendente, ma di una stanza all’interno di una struttura con più camere. Anche la lavatrice è in comune con gli altri ospiti e si trova al di fuori della stanza, dettaglio che andrebbe segnalato per evitare fraintendimenti. Nel complesso, l’alloggio è piacevole e in una posizione davvero strategica, ma con una pulizia più accurata e una disinfestazione adeguata potrebbe offrire un’esperienza molto migliore. Inoltre, considerando questi aspetti e la condivisione degli spazi, ritengo che il prezzo attuale sia un po’ troppo alto per ciò che viene offerto.

Buena estancia en Málaga.

La proximité du centre, des magasins commerciaux et des deux gares routière et ferroviaire. La kitchenette équipée permet de préparer quelque chose.

Habitation entièrement au rez-de-chaussée, donc il n’y a pas de contact avec l’extérieur. Absence de la TV. Le chauffage ne chauffe pas bien. Le prix avec la taxe d’entretien reste excessif relativement aux prestations fournies.

Muy agradable.

Estuvimos muy a gusto, es un lugar muy agradable con poco ruido y privado. El dueño es muy amable y simpatico.

Habría que mejorar un poco la limpieza, pero por lo demás estaba todo perfecto.
