The flat was fine and it was easy to walk to the centre.
The communication with the owner was terrible. We had to chase for the address which arrived only 20 minutes before the stated check-in time. My request for a different check-in time was ignored. We were about to book into a local hotel as we felt that our booming would not be met. Booking.com were hopeless and did not answer ANY of my emails. I finally spoke to a staff member and she hung up on me. Too much reliance on AI in this case and it let them down badly.
