Do not recommend this accommodation – very unpleasant experience. We were two girls staying for 5–6 days and left a deposit of €150. After we checked out, the host informed us that she would deduct €30 because we used 100 liters of water. This amount is completely unreasonable – 100 liters of water normally costs just a few cents, certainly not €30. When we politely asked about it, she simply said she wouldn’t argue with us and claimed she knows how much she pays for water, and that we used more than the “normal” amount. We were actually very careful – on the very first day, right after we got out of the shower, she already started threatening us that we would have to pay for the water, even though we were just getting ready in the bathroom. Yes, we were there for about an hour, but there were two of us, and the shower definitely wasn’t running the whole time. We were just taking turns, drying off, doing makeup – like any normal girls. After that, we were even more careful not to waste water, but still got blamed for “excessive usage.” We paid for our stay, left a deposit, and now we’re supposed to pay extra for basic things like water? This is completely unacceptable. The host was uncooperative, unpleasant, and acted very controlling from the start. Her attitude ruined the whole stay. We absolutely do not recommend this place and will never return.

Mauvaise expérience

Sincèrement rien la dame qui loue les chambres est vraiment très méchante ,elle est toujours entrain d’espionner les clients, la lumière au niveau du couloirs ne fonctionner pas la chambre ne ressemble pas au photos publié,la vue de la fenêtre sur les déchets ménager avec de mauvaise herbes qui poussent raison pour laquelle il y'avait énormément d’insectes et de moustique, le jour avant notre départ elle a commencé a crier en disant de ne plus utiliser la douche et la salle de bain (insulte en espagniol),les équipements de la chambre était très médiocre je ne recommande absolument pas .

Malaga ist voller Erlebnissen.

Uns hat gefallen, dass die Inhaberin 24|7 erreichbar war (auch tief in der Nacht, falls es ein Problem gab) Unteranderem war sie sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns direkt am anreise Tag alle guten Spots gezeigt. Sie ist sehr sympathisch und nett.

Trotz dessen, dass die Inhaberin jeden Tag das Bad sauber gemacht hat, haben andere Mitbewohner die Regeln der Sauberkeit nicht so eingehalten. Dennoch hat die Inhaberin sich stets bemüht, jedesmal alles frisch und sauber zu machen ;)

Czysty pokój w dobrej lokalizacji

Lokalizacja, czystosc.

Błędny opis pokoju, miało być wyjście na patio, a to był widok na patio przez kraty. Światło w pokoju było bardzo słabe. A również błędny opis co do zwrotu depozytu. Miał on być w ciągu 7 dni kalendarzowych od wymeldowania, a otrzymałem go po 13 dniach. Brakuje w opisie również informacji o zasadach obowiązujących w apartamencie. Dopiero po skorzystaniu z toalety dowiedzieliśmy się o kilku zakazach chociażby korzystania z prysznica po 23.

Muy buena experiencia! Pero revisad condiciones del piso al entrar para evitar sorpresas.

El piso está reformado con buen gusto. El baño es muy amplio y cómodo, con plato de ducha de 1,70m y buena iluminación. La habitación es agradable, y acogedora. Bonita decoración, no es muy grande, aunque suficiente para 2 personas sin mucho equipaje. El colchón es de buena calidad, y se descansa genial. Tiene una cómoda bastante grande con varios cajones, asi cómo una pequeña mesa de cristal. Dispone de varios espejos que vienen muy bien también. Tiene una TV bastante grande justo enfrente de la cama. El piso está muy bien ubicado, a 10 min del centro en coche o autobus. Un centro comercial a 2 minutos a pie, y varias cafeterias y restaurantes, donde se come bastante bien y a buen precio. Es muy facil aparcar en las inmediaciones, y hasta debajo de la misma casa. El anfitrión fue servicial desde el primer momento, y además nos ayudo con un problema que tuvimos con el coche.

Tuvimos algunos malos entendidos con el tema de los gastos extra, porque no se nos informó de las condiciones especiales del piso. Algunos de estos gastos NO SE INDICAN EN BOOKING. Debido a esto, tampoco pudimos hacer uso de algunos electrodomésticos de la cocina, cómo microondas o nevera, que nos hubiera venido bastante bien. Algunos de estos gastos son: 1-15€ Adicionales por Toalla. 2-15€ Por cambio de sabanas. 3- 20€ Por limpieza. Personalmente, me sentó bastante mal que nadie me dijera que existían estas condiciones. Creo que se debería de informar a los visitantes para que ellos tengan la opción de elegir que gastos realizar, y luego no llevarse una sorpresa a la hora de la devolución de fianza. En general la experiencia ha sido muy buena, únicamente tuvimos este problema, pero creo que es facil de solucionar informando correctamente a los huéspedes. A pesar de esto, recomiendo 100% este alojamiento!
