Excellent communication but not for me

Good location but very noisy

The apartment was really clean, and the communication with the owner was simple and on time. The location of the apartment is very good because it is not far from the center, whether you go by bus or on foot.

Because the postion of the bedroom is just near the street, it gets very loud at night with many bikes and cars driving by. If you are not a heavy sleeper this will be a problem for you. You have to bring all the toiletries including soap, which we found really strange because it was not the case in the apartments where we stayed before.

It was nice.

The apartment is not small , so you do not feel trapped inside it , the decoration is nice , also the host is very kind. The air conditioner works fine and we didn’t detect any insects or mosquitoes as it has been mentioned on previous reviews.

I would appreciate a bottle of water to welcome the guests. Also, the apartment should be more clean , I am referring to the floor , the bed and the kitchen.

Very poor

A/C in the apartment was not working so the place was absolutely boiling hot. We could not get any sleep due to the heat. The fan in the bedroom was so noisy that it would keep you awake if you left it on. Due to the heat in the apartment at night, the place was full of mosquitoes so were bitten all over each morning we woke up. There was no hand soap provided and a completely insufficient amount of toilet paper. The apartment was so bad we had to leave and book a hotel for two nights last minute. I inquired about a refund for the two nights that we didn't stay to absolutely no avail. I have never before had to give a bad review about any place I've stayed, so please be aware when booking.

When we arrived at the property, the flat was really unclean. I walked barefoot and my feet ended up being stained with all the dust and sticky stuffs on the floor. The state of the bathroom was really bad ( full of hair). The sofa bed is really uncomfortable (super hard and we woke up with a back pain). The flat is smaller than was we expected based on the pictures. I really don’t recommend this flat to be honest. The only upside of this flat is the location which is quite close to the city centre.
