Minty Stays

It was clean ,safe and close to everything. We did enjoy our stay there. If we had any issues they responded immediately.

There was an oven but no equipment provided to cook in it which we found out in the middle of preparing dinner. We bought a baking dish and when we asked for reimbursement we were refused. We were told we should have asked for them to provide it. Also the bathroom drains smelled bad and the plugs had to be plugged in constantly.

Superb

Quiet neighborhood, the location is 15 min walk from the city center, good grocery stores around apartment. I stayed there for a month and it is good location and nice apartment. The staff is great, they were very attentive and all I asked for was sorted out the same day. I enjoyed my stay in Minty Stay Malaga.

Very good

The apartment is very nice - clean, cozy and well equipped. There's very beautiful shared terrace on the rooftop. The location is very good - about 10-15 minutes walk to the old town (about 40 minutes from the beaches). The check in and check out were very smooth.

The only issue we had was that the hosts accused us of breaking the coffee maker, which we didn't even use. Although we discussed the situation with them and believed the matter was resolved, they later sent us a payment request through booking to cover the alleged damage (which we declined). I sincerely hope that this was a misunderstanding and not a typical practice for the property.

Great location, about 10/15 minutes to the old town, perfect to work remotely (the WiFi works very well, both in the room and on the rooftop), plenty of space and clean, and very friendly staff

Really very satisfactory. I enjoy my break lot.

Very central as advertised, which means within easy walking distance from shops/shopping centres - but also walkable to shore-fronts (20/30 mins or so), which suited me as I wanted a walking break. Gary was a very helpful and pleasant contact, as was the person I phoned on my post 10pm arrival to gain access. (My flight was 3 hours late and he still answered my call and was really the best anyone could be.) - Central, but also on a main street, which is well lit in the evening. It has all the basics and I thought the bed was new, and the saucepans for example.

Door to street needs adjusted as it does not have a mechanism to stop it slamming closed, and I was very careful lest the glass would crack.

Slechte schoonmaak, versleten interieur en aanzienlijk slechtere kwaliteit dan 3 jaar geleden.

Het was een betaalbaar verblijf op een centrale plek. Het dakterras is ook erg fijn!

Drie jaar geleden verbleef ik ook in dit appartementencomplex. Het was toen nog in beheer door een andere organisatie en het is overduidelijk dat het appartement in drie jaar tijd erg achteruit is gegaan. Bij aankomst was er helaas wat mis met de sleutel: de verkeerde sleutel lag in het kluisje. Gelukkig wel snel opgelost, binnen een half uur was er iemand met de juiste sleutel. Bij binnenkomst in het appartement zelf, viel al vrij snel op dat het slecht schoon was gemaakt. In de badkamer stond een prullenbakje die nog gevuld was met afval van de vorige gasten. Ook lag er nog een vieze handdoek en zat het bad vol vlekken. Ook in de rest van het appartement was de kwaliteit hard achteruit gegaan ten opzichte van drie jaar geleden. Zo zat er echt een kuil in het midden van het matras, waren twee van de vier stoelen kapot en zag de bank er ook vies uit. Kortom: een enorme tegenvaller, juist nadat we hier drie jaar geleden zo'n fijn verblijf hebben gehad. Ik zou er daarom niet nog een keer terugkomen.

Perfecta para media estancia

La ubicación era perfecta para nosotros, muy cerca caminando al centro y la playa. Tenía todo lo necesario cerca, supermercados, peluquerías, fruterías. La terraza muy acogedora. Y el piso muy bien equipado, con climatización.

Nicht empfehlenswert!

Wurde nicht gereinigt, musste 2 stunden alles selber reinigen. Kühlschrank mit Eis und Schnee von Gefrierer, der nicht abgetaut wurde, angefressener Burger mit Pommes in Mikrowelle, widerlich. Handwerker drangen in die Wohnung ein, obwohl ich ausdrücklich sagte, dass ich das nicht erlaube ( rechtlich nicht erlaubt! ) und Terminangaben vorschlug. Duschwand defekt, Küchenausstattung spärlich und keine kaffeemaschine, kein Deckenbezug- musste danach fragen, laut obwohl im 6. Stock) wurde Party auf Deck gemacht, obwohl im Reglement verboten. Leider fehlte mir als krönenden abschluss meine longchamp tasche nach heimreise festgedtellt ( vermutlich aus der wohnung geklaut!!!) Enttãuschend! Nicht empfehlenswert.

Decepcionado

La realidad es que funciona el aire acondicionado. Tiene lavarropa y una buena heladera.

La cama matrimonial es demasiado incómoda. La ubicación no es mala, lo que es malo es a día de hoy tener dos construcciones pegadas al edificio (nunca mencionadas) y despertarte de lunes a viernes (a veces sábado) con el ruido de un martillo, perforadoras, gritos etc. El sillón es muy lindo para las fotos pero te hace un hijo cada vez que te sentas con resortes esos. Y la TV… para que seguir

Jestem z pobytu bardzo zadowolony

Świetna lokalizacja, apartament znajduje się blisko historycznego centrum miasta. W pobliżu jest wiele sklepów, centra handlowe, przystanki autobusowe i metro. Trochę dalej do plaży ale coś, za coś. Mieszkanie czyste, świetnie wyposażone, było właściwie wszystko co jest potrzebne w czasie dłuższego pobytu (klimatyzacja, pralka, kuchnia, żelazko, mikrofalówka, opiekacz, lodówka, telewizor itd.) Można się było tu czuć jak w domu. Żal było odjeżdżać. Na dachu budynku przyjemny taras.

Po przyjeździe brak dokładnych informacji gdzie i jak odebrać klucze.

Je refais l'expérience les yeux fermés

Appartement spacieux et climatisé, super propre, cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle, salle de bain propre et spacieuse, chambre avec placard, et lit très confortable, bref on était comme chez nous. Personnels gentils et a l'écoute, au moindre souci, ils apportent la solution dans les secondes qui suivent. Vraiment génial. Je note par ailleurs un petit souci, la résidence ne dispose pas de places de parking, et c'est bien dommage, prévoir un budget supplémentaire pour le parking si vous êtes véhiculés. Sinon tout le reste est top. Je refais l'expérience sans hésitation, je recommande a 200%.

Le WC est coincé entre la baignoire et le meuble vasque, c'est étroit comme espace, une personne corpulente aura du mal a faire ses besoin. Le parking, dommage que la résidence ne dispose pas de places de parking, c'est l'enfer de trouver une place disponible a partir de 17, on était obligé de prendre un abonnement d'un mois pour 145€, dans un parking privé "Parking Marmolès" a 5mn de la résidence.

Agréable pour quelque temps

L’emplacement et l’appartement et très jolie et et sympathique

Aucune communication avec une personne physique seulement un robot qui n’arrive pas à répondre au question , ou autre demande . Il n’y as pas de store dans le salon soleil plein des 7h du matin impossible de dormir correctement si on ne ferme pas la porte de la chambre . Aucun stationnement disponible une vrai galère

Geweldige vakantie in een heerlijk appartement

Het is een heerlijk appartement in de gemoedelijke wijk Trinidad. Het is geen typisch toeristenappartement maar daardoor heeft het voor ons meer charme . Het ligt op een kwartiertje lopen van het centrum, het heeft voldoende winkels en er zijn genoeg busverbindingen. Het openbaar vervoer in Malaga is uitstekend.

Als ik dan iets moet noemen. Het aantal kledinghangers is beperkt, maar dat is opgelost. Ik heb er bijgekocht 😊

Excellent, presque parfait.

La propreté, les équipements, la facilité d’accès, l’emplacement, la proximité des commerces, le rooftop, la disponibilité via whatsapp . TOP !

L’isolation sonore, le bruit extérieur est gênant surtout la nuit. Il manque aussi un parking, du coup je me suis fait rayer mon véhicule dans la rue. Et un petit balcon pour les fumeurs, mais cela est compensé par le rooftop.
