Location was great. Beds were quite comfortable. Contact with the host was good.
The room was very dark and noisy. You could hear noise from the street even with closed windows (restaurant table directly below windows). The was only one bathroom with toilet for several rooms, not even sinks outside. It was stressful when facing some time schedule. The common area was not nice, looked more like storage room. No kitchen area etc.

Nice building, balconies and view
Very noisy neighbourhood. Noise from bar until 1-2 am, then city machines start cleaning. No sleep before 3-4 am

I am not lying! I came firm stressful trip and needed to book a room desperately to sleep! I found this and check in was easy, I came and was so easy! the room was charming and something you would see on a Netflix movie on a travel. it over looked the square Mercede. It was busy but some how comforting! I left the balcony door open for a breeze. I slept so well and I am a terrible sleeper! I wanted to laze there all day. Late check out. the house was full of students from everywhere getting ready for their night. I am old, so I had no problem using the shower before anyone else! there is a boxing bag and dumbells which made me chuckle. I just loved it.
