Exceeded my expectations!

It is a very spacious and nicely decorated flat with quick access to the city. There is no need for public transport, not even to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the host was sweet and friendly.

A pleasant stay in central Malaga

Excellent location in the historic centre of Malaga, beautifully decorated apartment owned by sociable multilingual Harald, comfortable mattress and good wi-fi. The locks of the guests’ rooms and the little old wardrobes need some attention.

A fantastic place to be in the historic centre of Malaga for 90 days

Situated in the historic centre of Malaga it is a fantastic place to start your vacation. 4 min to the Cathedral, 5 min for the Picasso Museum, 7 min for the Harbour. Sharing the large nicely furnished living room, the well equiped kitchen and bathroom was not a problem. I had my own (sleeping)room. There were mostly no other guests. The host, Harald, made me feel at home. He is a warm, kind person. He gave me tips, respected my privacy, had his own studio where he had his own work.

L emplacement

Je ne savais pas que le propriétaire vivait dans l appartement. Il est très gentil ce n est pas le problème mais on ne se sent pas chez soi . Mais c est surtout la propreté qui n est pas au rendez vous . La chambre est vétuste . Et la salle de bain qu il faut partager car il y a aussi d autres locataires n est pas propre du tout surtout la douche qui est très sale . Le lavabo est minuscule et surtout il y a des étagères remplies de produits déjà utilisés sûrement laissés par les anciens locataires et pleins de poussières . Franchement la propreté est à revoir car c est le plus important quand on loue un appartement. Et la chambre aussi .et aussi la cuisine qui est à partager où vous avez également pleins de produits sur le plan de travail

La ubicacion es excelente, Pleno centro historico, Ideal para hacer todo a pie. El anfotrion muy bien. Mando whsp al horario que sabia estaba arribando y hasta me espero con almuerzo.

La limpieza es bastante pobre, sobre todo del baño y la cocina, ambientes comunes de habitar

Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz, wszystko wyjaśnił po przyjeździe. Gospodarz mieszka w mieszkaniu i udostępnia dwa pokoje gościom wraz z łazienką, można korzystać z kuchni, salonu. Można zrobić pranie. Super lokalizacja 👍🏻 polecam i pozdrawiam Haralda 😀

Posizione centrale Proprietario e gestore simpatico e disponibile. Spazi condivisi, soprattutto la cucina, ottimi. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo considerando il periodo.

Lavandino del bagno in comune troppo piccolo e si attappa facilmente. Nessuna pulizia della camera durante la permanenza di 1 settimana Nessun cambio asciugamani del bagno. Posizione centrale comoda ma la sera si può essere disturbati nel sonno per via della vita notturna.

Labai jaukus butas pačiame centre, išėjus į lauką iš karto atsidursite pačiame judesio centre, kur labai daug žmonių supa įvairiausius restoranus, barus ir klubus. Labai patogi, graži ir visur prieinama vieta. Bute kiekvienas daiktas ar detalė turi savo istoriją, tereikia klausti ir apie juos bus papasakota :). Kambariai puikiai izoliuoti gatvės garso, temperatūra reguliuojama puikiai, lovos itin patogios. Puiki didelė virtuvė kurioje nieko netrūksta, o kartais maistu pasidalinsite ir su kitais svečiais ar savininku. O geriausias tai yra šeimininkas Haroldas, kuris mėgsta pokalbius ir socializuotis, turi labai daug ką papasakoti ir parodyti, su juo malonu pasedėti prie gėrimo ir tiesiog diskutuoti ar išeiti į miestą. :)) Best wishes, would come back again!

Está muy bien ubicado y es fácil llegar a restaurantes, comercio y a las principales atracciones de la ciudad. El host es muy amable y mantiene la propiedad en excelentes condiciones, muy cómoda la cama y la habitación. Súper recomendado para un descanso reparador en el centro de Málaga

Cuidado, miren bien lo que están reservando.

No queda claro que el alojamiento sea compartido, el propietario debería de ser más claro en la descripción. Tuvimos que reclamar a booking porque la situación era surrealista, habia agujeros en la habitación que conectaban con otras habitaciones y con el exterior por lo que privacidad cuestionable, además de todo el frío y ruido que entraba del exterior, a lo que se le sumaba que no había calefacción porque estaban en obras. Lo mas desagradable de la experiencia fue encontrarnos en dos ocasiones a el propietario saliendo con una toalla mal agarrada de la ducha hasta su habitación… horrible!
