Location was right for us, facilities were as advertised. It was clean and comfortable
Some parts of the decoration need to be updated soon. There was a bath towel each, a hand towel as well would have been good. Tea towels would be helpful.

Parking is a bonus, clean and well kept house. Would return any time we are in the area
Not a lot but some instructions as to hiw to use smart tv. Could not get oven to switch on.

very reasonably priced accommodation. a nice house in a nice street / area. value for money.
the mattresses felt like single sprung mattresses and so were uncomfortable for us. There was a chicken bone left in the cupboard in the bedroom. a single slipper under one of the beds, a tea bag drip mark down a kitchen cabinet. and cobwebs on the ceiling landing. so i believe cleaning / housekeeping could have been better.
