Perfect stay for what we needed it is compact but that didn’t bother us and was 2 mins from where we needed to be. Host

Great place

Such a great use of space in this apartment, the sofa bed is very comfortable and there were plenty of sheets/lots of bedding. Really good for the price and the check in was very easy. Came to stay for one night for a concert and will definitely be looking to stay again next time I have a gig in Manchester. Good location.

Brilliant place to stay

I liked everything about it. It was so cosy. All facilities were great. Above all the host was extremely kind. Never got to stay here for too long due to the busy schedule but I will be coming back here.

Very poor

Very unclean. On arrival there was spit in the sink, toothpaste on the sink and glass shelf, the bed was covered in hairs, the duvet was stained, the mugs and glasses hadn’t been washed, property hadn’t been hoovered and the washing machine was full of dirty laundry & a damp smell throughout the property. Additionally, on arrival there was another group of men waiting to check into the same property (assuming it had been double booked, which was strange)

The interior decoration is amazing and they have all facilities as listed. The owner is very prompt is responding with messages. It is pet friendly and our cat loves the window.

Parking space is very narrow if you want to park outside the property and limited to 3 vehicles , might not be suitable for bigger vehicles. On the street parking available.

Fabulous time, great accommodation close to where we’re wanted to be and staff / host was more than accommodating ,

The beds were so comfortable , plenty of appliances and layout was ideal

The only thing would be the narrow driveway but that did not detract from the accommodation

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely nothing

We had booked this accommodation, albeit at 3pm on the day as we were driving down for an emergency, and upon arrival we weren’t given any instructions on where would be staying except a lockbox code. Upon arriving we were shocked to find 4 lockboxes at the property and every single lockbox with rooms were occupied at full capacity. We called the host 7 different times from arrival to get an update of what happened, and sent them text information about the situation to receive any updates and the host left us on read for 1 hour (allegedly on a plane??) and only replied to my text when we escalated through booking.com to state that they will “check our details” and I guess the host is still checking to try and find where we are as we never got any updates. This host is unprofessional, they should have taken more onus, had they double booked us in. We spent a total of 2hours 30 minutes just sat at the property without a clue on where we could stay, until booking.com sorted us out another accommodation. I would just AVOID this place. NOT suitable for families due to the incompetence of the host. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Its like a cozy little home, nice area and definitely staying here again.

There was a rip in the sofa bed but it didn't affect our stay this had only just happened on the weekend so it was understandable the place is great for a nice little getaway .

Awful and terrible experience. We booked this property and paid for it before the stay and it got cancelled 6pm on the day and we had to pay and book somewhere else which was more expensive and the property has not got in contact with us. We was late for the venue we had booked all because of this AWFUL AND SHIT property.

cosy space

in a nice quiet area but close enough to get into city centre

was sofa bed, but my fault for not noticing that. Could be signposted, was very hard to find. Beautiful bath tub but no plug ! The cobbled road was terrible to drive on and walk on.

Very relaxing with privacy apartment had everything you could possibly need

Quiet secluded very comfortable and relaxing loved the modern soft furnishings and decor I felt so at home I didn’t want to leave . The owner was extremely friendly and helpful will definitely stay there again and recommend to all my family and friends
