AMAZING OPEN PLAN LIVING

I liked this appartment very cosy and comfortable. The little toutches of tea bags and sugar was nice along with washing powder was brilliant. The beds were so comfy and the owner was really helpful with the keycodes. Brilliant facilities and great for connections to manchester. Thankyou it was very good.

I could not find the television remote. The bumpy drive to the house was uncomfortable. Finding the property was complicated but the owner was helpful. Takeaways kept on knocking on our door for other people as they thaught it was our door.

Perfect compact could of done with a microwave and some more cutlery etc

Awkward parking

The studio apartment was brand new, with beautiful furnishings, oozing personality. Private secluded parking, great location for where I needed to go, and nice and quiet. Plus, the underfloor heating was an unexpected bonus.

I booked this stay the day before, so I was relieved when the booking was confirmed and wasn't too concerned when asking for exact address details the day before that they weren't sent over. However, I was travelling over 200 miles to the property and had been advised of my check-in time, and I needed to be in at that time to start a work meeting. Only on asking again was I told there was an issue with this property, but the host had another brand new property nearby and sent me photos - I was slightly thrown as a lone traveller to change where I was staying at short notice. However, the host met me there and put me at ease, and the parking was better. It was so new that the smell of paint was quite overpowering and gave me a headache, and the WiFi did not work, meaning I had to hotspot myself/spend extra money at local cafes to use their WiFi to get work done. I don't think all the appliances had been tested, as the hob did not work and I had to carry some around the apartment to plug them in in places where the wires reached. The washing machine was great, but just needed some cushioning around it to stop it from getting stuck at an awkward angle. Additionally, I had been looking forward to relaxing and watching TV, but there was no cable, so I couldn't. I checked in quite soon after you can, so I did not mind that not all of the amenities were provided, as the host went out and bought most of them. It transpired that the property didn't have a fire alarm yet. The host had offered to go get one, but I wasn't certain that it would be that day, so I purchased one. I have not been reimbursed for this yet. The property will be amazing when all the amenities are finalised, but as there were multiple issues, I have requested a partial refund and reimbursement of the unexpected costs, as the property did not match what was advertised.
