The house is nice, clean and modern and looks exactly as described in the images.

The only issue really was the pain to get the hot water running in the apartment, however their customer service was excellent and the landlord came over as soon as he could to fix it! The location isn’t the best, as a young group of friends we felt a bit unsafe walking around the area as it’s not very comfortable, however there’s nothing that the landlord can do about that. There is a garage nearby that’s open 24/7 which was very convenient and there’s also a Lidl and mini Sainsburys pretty much right next to the apartment.

It was very lively

Nicely furnished and the kitchen was clean. I also loved the way you set the kitchen up, the white chocolate and custard creams were a sweet gesture. Thanks

The locality was perfect for our needs and the owner was always available to help.

It was very local and close to all amenities. Parking was always available nearby and proprietor was always available to help.

Clean tidy but not very comfortable

It was easy to fine and seems to have recently been painted. It was spacious and well located for what we needed.

The entrance to the property was not great, old scrap cars and dirty drive. The property was well laid out although not as comfortable. Beds were low and cheap and not the comfiest the sofa in the lounge area rock hard and the property was very hot particularly the bedrooms with no fans available. You then open the windows to get some air and the street noise and traffic is very loud.

Excellent

Excellent apartment, placed well on the edge of central Manchester. Half a mile away from Heaton Park! A short £2 bus journey into town. (Parking is £6 for 2 hours, so the bus is ideal) Supermarket right near, so ideal for getting your food in. - The kitchen and cooking facilities are excellent. Double Bed is really comfy. Plenty of parks and green spaces nearby for pooches. Some steep stairs to bedrooms, so if you've got a baby gate for the bottom of the stairs, you can prevent the dog from going up them. Plenty of space in the lounge and main bedroom, very spacious. Lots of cupboard space. Pictures on booking.com don't do the apartment justice. The aesthetics of the apartment are even better when inside.

A disgrace

This is absolutely shambolic. It is a pure scam. Advertised as a retreat, advertised as luxurious yet located in a scrap yard. Had to leave immediately after arrival as it's location was not safe for my family. Owners now claiming we dirtied the place, some cheek considering we didn't even stay there and outside it, is covered in filth. Refusing to refund. A disgusting disgrace that they can advertise this fraud on Booking.com
