It was very near my daughters home
It was cold as no central heating
It has a living flame fire in living area and convector heater in bedroom which was good. Fire in living room took a while to heat up.
No heating in hallway or kitchen at all .
Kitchen was relatively clean , air fryer had residue oil in but ok just think it wasn't cleaned in hot water .
One of the drawers would not stay closed
Window in there at the top is broken and would not close so made it cold out there
Fridge was clean as was cooker
Owner very responsive if I had any questions
Very steep metal stairs outside to climb , not good if you have mobility problems.
Instructions to property need to be updated to include exactly where the flat is as we had to call owner
Very basic property no toiletries or kitchen condiments apart from sugar however this is to be expected for the good price
Would I stay here again ... maybe but when its warmer outside and the fact the owner was very helpful when I called or messaged
Just needs the window fixing and maybe a heater in the hallway for cold nights.

Good location although on busy road but all the main shops only five minutes drive.

To get into the apartment you have to try not fall before you get to the door back gate in back alley pitch black and little step at the gate lovely to trip on then you have to tackle the steps slippy and wet also didnt see no mention of this in the description lucky enough we are young ish and ok to tackle steps...
We asked to go into the apartment for 3 pm received a phone call to say can we come after 4pm we agreed to get stuck in traffic so the cleaner could have a full two hours the man on phone said... soon as we got in the apartment it was obvious no cleaner had been in or if they had done bare minimum in the bed room there was cig ash on floor and bedside table along with cig wrapper outter packet and dimp on floor.. along with a bag full of what I guessing was the previous people who been in dirty bedding and towels... inside the fridge was can of beer and other stuff including a open green looking pack of bacon! inside the oven was a tray full of cooked chips and fat.. few other things to but to say we was asked to check in later and got stuck in traffic for it this was even more annoying and we certainly wouldn't stay again.

to bad decor ect kitchen actually nice and bathroom just whoever was ment to clean in didnt do there job upon lucky under the bed you could see they brushed cig ash ect just under the bed in hope wouldnt notice.
As one or two have mentioned it gets pretty could although heater is provided
