Second time here. We like everything it offers , it’s clean and comfortable and has most things you need. Great for a night in night in Horwich.

Nothing about the property just the lack of communication with the management to get the access code meaning we had to wait an hour to get in. Made things stressful until got in the property. Also a pint of milk in the fridge would be appreciated to make a cup of tea on arrival!

Sitting room was very spacious and comfy. The beds were very comfy. Overall the property was pleasant and clean enough for a short stay, when not spending a lot of time in property. Kids loved the games table, unfortunately it’s damaged and needs fixed or replaced.

Unfortunately there were a lot of issues, not that is spoiled our stay as we were only there for 2 night and were out all day. Cleaning needs to be a lot more than just a quick brush and change of bedding. Sitting area had a lot of cobwebs and dead spiders, possibly due to the dying plants, which weren’t moved to clean behind or underneath. Cupboards in kitchen had opened pasta which looked like it had been there a while, also cupboards needed a wipe Down inside. Not enough mugs as there were only 3 although sleeps 6. The noise from the flat upstairs was very annoying. May have been unlucky with who was renting when we were there, but the noise seemed to start around 10pm and went on into the early hours, kids running around and seemed like everyone just constantly walking around and moving furniture about (sounds strange but that’s what it sounded like)
