Safety, easy communication with property management, it was clean and quiet
Apartment is tired, sofa is too close to floor, kitchen is under equipped, toilet doesn’t have a sink, so you need to walk trough hall, bedroom to bathroom for hand washing, no shower curtain, no shower holder, main hall in the building is extremely dirty so you keep bringing dirt in the apartment. It would be a great place if someone puts some effort and finish touches.
