Great stay overall

The apartment was clean, all important things included for a comfortable stay. There was a great cafe-cum-bakery just outside and I enjoyed some delicious desserts. The host was especially helpful and responsive. She realised I was new to the place and did not speak the language. She helped me find a private car hire for my really early train back to Milan. I was really anxious about it and she was a god send. The car driver was very professional as well. Overall great experience.

The water pressure in the shower was not good on one of the days. The host promised to look into that.

Comfortable stay with helpful hosts

We had a great stay at La Fabbrica dei Sogni in Cernobbio. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for two people, and we were also traveling with a small dog. One of the biggest advantages is the location: it’s just a 2-minute walk from Villa Erba and the center of Cernobbio, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The apartment had everything we needed, including a small kitchen, which was great for preparing simple meals. The bed was comfortable, and both the apartment and the bathroom were clean and well-maintained. It’s located on the second floor, so just keep in mind that there’s no elevator. Another big plus was the private gated parking in the courtyard — a real bonus since it can be difficult to find parking in Cernobbio. The hosts were extremely kind, always available and helpful with anything we needed. Overall, I’d definitely recommend La Fabbrica dei Sogni for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Cernobbio.

The only minor downside was that there’s a children’s school nearby, so it got a bit noisy around lunchtime when the kids were leaving their classes.

We had a Peaceful and serene stay here!

Beautifully appointed. Comfy bed! Kitchen was well appointed too, with everything you needed if you do wished to cook. Although had a washing machine, the weather didn’t allow to hang clothes out, so a dryer or clothes airer for inside would of been handy. Other than that , it was a very pleasant stay.

Very tight entry way through the gates for the car. An explanation on how the heating works! A folder of some sort with some explanations and even perhaps the ferry times would be handy.

Very pleasant but trying to sleep without Aircon was difficult .

Location was perfect the apartment were well equipped down to the finest detail .

No air conditioning temperature were 30-35 degrees opening windows did not help , medium size fan in the apartment but not sufficient . Air con is a must .

I recommend this place to people who want to enjoy their trip to Como.

Everything was so clean, and I liked the design of this room. Wherever you look, you can find matched colors, and whatever you need, you can see in the closet or cupboards. The host (Maria) is terrific. She invited me for breakfast, and she provided the forms that I needed for reimbursement of money. I called her even before my travel and always answered kindly and patiently to my phones. If I want to be in Como once more I would definitly book this hotel again.

We recommend this apartment!

The owner was really friendly and gave a lot of useful information about the city and the restaurant around the apartment! Also everything we need was there, so we don’t have to prepare by ourselves. There’s also a mosquito screen on one of the window! Hopefully if there’s one on another window , we can open both window so that the room becomes cooler…but anyway, v thoughtful owner :) Also the location is really good. We can walk from the bus stop from Como, and also easy to get to the lake.

If they put the manual how to use the IH device in the kitchen and the washing machine, it would be helpful!

Situation géographique. Parking privatif. Appartement coquet.

Manque de prises électriques et/ou en état de marche. Manque un peu de vaisselle et adaptée au micro ondes. Accès difficile au WC (attention aux grand)

Très bon sejour à Cernobbio.

Emplacement au centre, parking dans la cour de l immeuble et boulangerie tea room en sortant de notre logement. La propriétaire Maria nous a donné clairement toutes les indications dès notre arrivée par téléphone, et disponible si vous avez des questions.

Le canapé, ne s ouvre pas en canapé lit, mais un enfant en bas âge peut y dormir. Serrure depuis l'intérieur du logement un peut capricieuse.

Appartamento spazioso, adatto anche a soggiorni lunghi.

L’appartamento affaccia sul cortile di una scuola, con il bel tempo scordatevi di fare un riposino durante gli orari in cui i bambini sono fuori. Materasso del letto scomodo e bagno molto molto piccolo
