Lavasciuga e lavastoviglie non funzionavano bene. Però c’è sempre stata prontezza da parte del team a dare assistenza.

The house itself is beautiful, extremely comfortable, and very spacious. We were a family of 10, and at no point did we feel like we were on top of each other. We also had the cottage at the back, which gave us even more space and worked perfectly for our group. You can really tell that a lot of thought has gone into making the house comfortable and practical for guests. Everything throughout the property is very well explained, with clear instructions on how things work, which we really appreciated. The house is also very well equipped, with plenty of dishware and everything we needed during our stay. We especially loved the fireplaces and the fact that real firewood was provided. We had a fire every evening, either inside the house or outside in the courtyard near the pool, which made our evenings together even more special. The cleaning team deserves a special mention. They were extremely professional and really on top of everything. On our first day, we had a small issue with the washing machine, and it was taken care of immediately. They even did our laundry for us, which I was absolutely not expecting and was such a thoughtful gesture. The level of service throughout our stay was excellent. The General Manager was always very responsive whenever we needed anything, and the Area Manager was also amazing. We really felt that there was always someone available to help and that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. We were also extremely happy with the location. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with easy access to grocery stores and everything we needed. Uber was always readily available, and it was also very convenient for the private transportation we had organized. We appreciated the quiet-hours policy after 10:00 p.m., as it helps preserve the peaceful atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was another highlight, with a beautiful view of Table Mountain, a wonderful place to relax and take in the scenery.Overall, Adriatica was a fantastic

The only small inconvenience was the number of different sets of keys. They were all very clearly labeled and organized, but with such a large group, having several sets felt a little overwhelming at times because we were always worried about misplacing one. This was really a very minor point and certainly did not take away from our experience.

Bed mattress could be a bit softer but that is just me being nitpicking, overall not much to not like :)
