The property was exceptionally equipped however receiving a noise complaint at 18:00 on a Friday evening while swimming

Each bedroom was en-suite with toiletries and hairdryer included. Aircon in all bedrooms was amazing. The pool was heated and there was a jacuzzi. Perfect entertainment house for a big group of people. The tea and coffee set up with a nice extra touch. The daily servicing was also an added benefit.

The camera’s all over the patio and bar area. The host was allowed to view these camera’s during our stay. The noise indemnity (R650 fine for first call out then evacuation after second noise complaint).

Nice Stay - just disappointed in the lack of response from them on the broken glass issue

We liked everything about the unit. It was spacious and comfortable

There was no corkscrew! We also took a cracked glass out of the cupboard on the first day - I took a picture and sent this to the host to make them aware of it. When we put it too one side it broke we it was put down (that's how cracked it was), R78,00 was charged to my card, and now over a month later I have still not heard back from the property - even though they have said they would look into it. Its not about the money - its the principal that we did not break the glass so should not be charged for it.

A flawless stay beautifully run, thoughtfully designed, and truly world-class hospitality.

I’ve stayed in short-term rentals all over the world, and Botanica easily takes the top spot. Every detail was thought through, from neatly labelled items and clear instructions to the quick responses and daily cleaning service. The outdoor entertainment and braai area were perfect for hosting my team’s year-end gathering. It’s walking distance from shops yet wonderfully quiet and spotless. And honestly the best smelling body wash in the world!!

Honestly, nothing to fault. Everything worked perfectly and the space felt cared for in a way you rarely see in rental properties.

Its a beautiful and clean place, great facilities

Before I even did anything, around 4 people came to warn me about noise. The agreement (which was presented post booking, post payment and past the cancellation period so there is a lack of consensus) says for example there is active sound monitoring technology throughout the property but it is not clear what that threshold is so realistically, without realising you could cross that threshold and will be charged for it! The rules are also exceedingly expensive and ridiculous don't you dare for example plan to have a romantic getaway here lol all I wanted was a nice farewell dinner for friends and family but the experience left be rather agitated.

There were some cutting boards in the cupboard with mould and crockery in bottom draw was also mouldy.
