Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very good stuff. Everything was good.
The windows were not so sound tight. Maybe if that can be corrected the Otel will be here absolutely perfect.

Excellent stay in a beautiful central building. Apartment was top notch and very spacious and luxurious. Had everything we needed and few really helpful simple touches that made it feel extra special. You always know that it is a quality property when the bathroom has a heated towel rail.

Check in was super friendly and very easy. All staff were wonderful! We were well looked after and felt very safe. The apartment was very spacious with two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Internet was great for working remotely and kitchen had all required appliances. The pool on the roof was lovely with plenty of loungers. The location was in close enough walking distance of everything we needed but not too busy. I would definitely recommend for location, staff and safety.
The apartment did need a very good deep clean. Bathrooms and kitchen were fine but the living areas and furniture were a little worn and dirty in some places. When booking, we were offered the choice of either a sea view or mountain view and this apartment had neither. Nevertheless, the pro way outweighed the cons.

Nobody met us to show us parking space or gave us information on the workings of the apartment
Hair drier did not work.
Kettle did not function properly
Shaver plug in bathroom did not work
Lack of cutlery, only 1 teaspoon found and other cutlery items were sparse
Crockery were haphazard and not in sets
