Gorgeous 3Bedroom Green Point Home

The house was perfect- amazing views, stunning pool, very well-equipped. The location is great - easy to walk to the V&A, to the prom and to Seapoint. Tony was great - excellent communication - thank you!

this property boasts a fabulous view towards the ocean and is located in a secure (monitored) neighborhood. We had all the facilities we needed, spacious house was with equipped with all the things you might possible need and features a nice design details. You will have a terrace to sit on in the warm evenings, a pool to freshen in, a braai area and spacious bedrooms. Overall a great place to stay, but there are some considerations you would need to know about which I've listed in the other part of the review. Oh, and a lovely small fish pool in the backyard!

There are three things I would like to highlight: First and foremost, the third en suite bedroom is located in the basement, and the bathroom there is tiny (that type of bathroom where the shower is literally located above the toilet). While it is a normal bedroom - with a separate entrance too - it will also have all the features of the basement like elevated humidity and lack of normal ventialtion. There is in fact a fourth bedroom in the attic, but it doesn't have a bathroom so one needs to come down to the guest toilet for anything. Second - the communication between the owner of the property and the management of the property is not perfect. The cleaner and gardener (contracted by the owner) were coming at one point and management company (which you usually speak to via WA) had no idea about it. And you can never be too cautious in CT. The cleaning days are fixed, but it is easy to miss this information in the rush of checking in and it's not mentioned anywhere in the manuals. And a very small thing - we did not use the pool really as the weather was not too permitting, but the robot cleaner in there is taking a lot of space and there is no instruction on how to switch it on/off if you would like to. Also be careful with the panic button on the alarm remote, it is easy to accidentally press it.

I like the fact that the property offered a home feel away from home. The property's location was perfect because it's closer to everything that Cape Town has to offer, with all the amenities one needs. There is a filter tap which offers clean drinking water. The host was very friendly and allowed us to check out 30 minutes later than the checkout time

1. The cleaner only came once during our four-night stay, and sadly, we were also not informed when she'll be coming. We just woke up & found her in the kitchen cleaning. She left without cleaning all the bedrooms and two bathrooms because we were still sleeping. This could have been avoided had we been informed of her arrival time to clean... 2. The towels & sheets were not change for the entire duration of our stay 3. The toiletry was never refilled 4. The aircon remotes were missing 5. The key to access the property was a challenge for us. 6. I'd recommend the TV to be moved to the bigger lounge, because where it's currently placed, the couch only accommodates three people in a house that accommodates six guests
