Emerald Horizon Mouille Point - Views & Location

We struggled to get in and after a very long flight this proved frustrating. It took us nearly 30-45 min to finally gain access and the apartment was not actually ready until 4pm, despite multiple comms to say we would be able to check in at 2pm

Better communication on how to gain access, especially if parking is not available in front of the building

The location was incredible, it was very spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view!

The main bedroom shower had no pressure and the drain was blocked. The cupboards in the main bedroom were limited, as most were locked.

It was easy to communicate with guest relations. The property was clean, modern and inviting, even the coffee pods and biscuits were of great quality.

Excellent location with easy reach to Seapoint and Waterfront on foot. Added bonus of walking in Greenpoint park just behind the building The apartment is very comfortable and has wonderful views

Parking is available but not easily accessible with very small spaces, and no lift access to the parking so be prepared to lift your luggage up stairs before you get access to the lifts The apartment was not ready for the check-in time of 2pm, and cleaning was therefore quite superficial between guests, with inadequate cleaning of the floor, blinds and other surfaces We had to ask for a second fob/keys and cleaning supplies for the kitchen which was all provided thereafter. However not even a tiny supply of washing machine powder is provided despite the apartment having a washer and dryer... seems reasonable to provide a small quantity given the price paid per night!!! The smart TV was not connected to any local channels... some of us like to see local news rather than connect to netflix etc
