Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the price paid. Upon arrival, there were empty bottles left on the balcony and dishes left in the dishwasher unemptied. This appeared to be standard practice, as the same situation occurred again during our stay. The “extra-large double bedroom” was in fact composed of two single mattresses pushed together. The kitchen was poorly equipped: there were no proper kitchen knives, and utensils were inconsistent — items such as a frying pan were available one day and missing the next. The apartment was advertised as having a BBQ, which was the main reason we upgraded from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment and paid more. However, despite repeated requests, the BBQ grill was never provided, making it unusable throughout our stay. Additionally, the kitchen has no extractor fan. As a result, cooking smells linger and the smoke alarm goes off every time you cook, which is extremely inconvenient. The smoke alarm was triggered repeatedly during our stay. The hosts showed no willingness to resolve these issues: phone calls were not answered, and messages were often left unanswered. The apartment was also missing basic amenities listed in the description, such as a hairdryer. Toiletries and toilet paper were only provided on the first day, with no replenishment. The coffee machine was supplied without any complimentary capsules. During cleaning, the staff left windows open, causing the apartment to fill with flies and mosquitoes, which was very unpleasant. Overall, the apartment is significantly overpriced for what it offers. For guests not looking for self-catering, there are far better and more affordable options available. We do not recommend Unit 7 on the first floor.
