Mayers Swiss House, private home for 2-6 guests

Great accommodation at Matten bei Interlaken. It’s located at the quiet side of Interlaken, can be arrived by local bus. Easy access to attractions at Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Jungfraujoch. The house is very well equipped with full kitchen appliances, laundry. They have a room for children to play. My kids absolutely love it. The owner was very kind to let us store our luggage at the property before and after our stay. This was super helpful for us. The surrounding view of the house was beautiful. We could see loads of stars at night.

The property was wonderful. Except the price is at higher end.

Ми чудово провели час у цьому будиночку! Дуже затишне, чисте та комфортне місце, де продумано все до дрібниць для приємного відпочинку. Атмосфера спокою і гармонії, ідеально підходить, щоб відволіктися від буденності. Особливо сподобалася тиша навколо, гарна природа та можливість повністю розслабитися. У будинку є все необхідне для проживання, відчували себе як вдома. Щиро дякуємо господарям за гостинність і турботу! Обов’язково повернемося ще раз і з радістю рекомендуємо це місце іншим ❤️

The house provided the essentials—kitchen, bathroom, beds and a nice garden!

The stay was fine overall, but a warmer welcome would have made a big difference—especially considering the host lives nearby. A small gesture like a hello or having basic supplies like dishwasher tablets available would have gone a long way. A costly stay with minimal return!
