tent room stinks of toilet

the outside environment and most of the hotel design is nice. staff also nice

it stinks, whoever decided to put the toilet inside the tent room should be locked in there for a week. the smell is disgusting, yet on arrival they had sprayed enough chemical to cover the smell. by the evening it stinks, by the next morning i could not bare to stay in the room as soon as i woke up. also lack of privacy, your partner will have to fully hear you poop as there is no door or partition to the toilet from the bed. the bathroom should be outisde the tent simple. only stayed 1 night could not survive another night in that tent toilet room

Pleasant but lacking

Lovely little bungalows in a quiet area. Location is great, rooms were comfortable and pool was refreshing is well kept. Gardens were beautiful and well kept. Staff were friendly and useful.

Air con was too loud to keep it on while sleeping. The bathroom floor was dangerously slippery when wet and didn't have anything to hold on to while showering. The Wi-Fi was terrible. The restaurant only had limited options for breakfast, which was not sufficient and not as advertised. It was not open for lunch or dinner either. There were scooters available for rent, but no helmets. There were bottles in the mini fridge but no bottle opener.

It’s a lovely hotel and room. The terrace outside the room has a stunning view of the nature around and the pool. Really lovely to wake up there.

I would put some nets in the toilet, to prevent insects from entering through the gaps in the roof.

Terrible stay! Luckily it was only for 1 night.

The only thing i liked about this property was the jungle location.

To begin with, when we booked the room it was written that there is free shuttle to drive us to the hotel. When we tried to communicate with them about the time we would arrive at the port, they told us that there is no shuttle at all. Also, the room is nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was the worst and there wasn’t even a trash bin. The TV wasn’t working and i texted the owner to help us with that but he completely ignored my message. The breakfast was slow and really bad. I wouldn’t recommend this property, not even for a single night stay.

Heaven on Earth

Now I can finally say that I know how the heaven looks like. But only for three days. Wish we could have stayed longer. The property is exceptional. Like in a fairytale. We really enjoyed sleeping in bungalows, in beds under baldachin. The view is perfect. The breakfast was really good. 10/10

Great place and people, amazing experience.

Location is amazing, breakfast great (both western and traditional), pool clean and rooms super clean. The staff was super kind and helpful as well. Recommended to anyone who wants a relaxing and beautiful staying. Pictures represent perfectly location. They have moped to rent, helped us with transfer and boat at a great price and also very early in the morning.

Pleasant

Hotel is near the main road to crystal bay beach, which is a very busy beach, so traffic sounds are quite frequent in the morning. Staff left without any intimation and we didn't have anyone to ask for water also. They do not offer much options for food and snacks. They locked the fridge also before leaving. Rooms are quite small and washroom is also not good.

Nothing was good

We got there and had no place to sleep in - they said there was a “cooperation” villa and took us to another villa because they overbooked even though we booked 2 months in advance. Avoid at all costs! They tried to scam us and offering us a 3x cheaper stay without notifying us

Nice Bungalow in Nusa Penida

The location was very quiet, the inside pool and garden view from the bungalows was amazing. The property is very close to the Crystal Beach.

The size of the room was small and also a fridge could be great inside. The bathroom was ok, very tiny and you almost end up showering on the toilet.

Nice and cozy

Staff was friendly and took care of us. You could rent the scooter from them, which was easy. The location was nice (quite close to the beach and some little restaurants). The cottages were cute and clean.

The cottage bathroom was partly outdoors, so all the insects could crawl in easily.

The outdoor area with the pool was nice, the bed and pillows comfortable. The staff attentive during the day. The location is a bit off the road so not as loud as other accomodation that we tried in Nusa.

The mosquito net is wrongly positioned above the bed so you can't stuck it under the bed to seal it...so all mosquitos can still get in and bite at night. The doors dont completely close, so huntsmen spiders and cockroaches can still get in easily (had some in bathroom and room).

Boli sme spokojní s ubytovaním, aj nabudúce by sme sa vrátili.

Je to krásne miesto, bamboo house fakt očarujúce. Bazén pekný, veľký čistý. Obsluha veľmi mila. Naookolo sú malé warungi najete sa lacno a veľmi chutne jedlo.

Nerozmyslela som vyber domčeku správne v daždivom obdobi, pršalo dnu, všetko bolo vlhké aj paplony, a tiež na záchod je ťažké ísť ak neustále prší. No a kto nemáte radi chrobáky, mravce, myši a gekonov určite si vyberte z iných izieb.

Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt und man sich hier rundum wohlfühlen kann

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe vom Crystal Beach, allerdings ist der Weg dorthin zu Fuß leider nicht sicher. Dafür bietet die Unterkunft Scooterfahrer an, die einen für 50.000 Rupiah pro Fahrt an den Strand bringen – eine gute Lösung, da es auf der Insel auch keine Grab-App gibt. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr komfortabel, was mich wirklich positiv überrascht hat. Auch das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Das Frühstück hat mich leider nicht überzeugt – geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich und nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. Auch die Küche entspricht nicht den gewohnten deutschen Hygienestandards und wirkt etwas renovierungsbedürftig, da sie sehr offen gestaltet ist. Das steht im starken Kontrast zur hervorragenden Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Der Blick in den Dschungel ist wunderschön und man befindet sich mitten in der Natur, was den Aufenthalt sehr entspannend macht. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen – jedoch ohne Frühstück. Wer Ruhe, Sauberkeit und freundlichen Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Die Küche ist leider nicht hygienisch.

Il faut garder en tête que les lodges sont très mal isolés, nous devons donc composer avec la route, les travaux, les animaux (très bruyants). Pas de grasse matinée à prévoir !

Lo consiglio, ma c'è di meglio

Struttura bella e accogliente, ben tenuta e curata, con una piscina super per godersi i migliori momenti della giornata. Ottima posizione per raggiungere delle spiagge.

Purtroppo, la sera per poter mangiare bisogna fare un tratto di strada a piedi al buio , perché anche se sulla info c'è scritto ristorante loro preparano solo e soltanto le colazioni. Nel nostro bungalow abbiamo avuto piccoli problemini con la pulizia in bagno e in camera spesso abbiamo trovato dei grandi ragni...consapevoli di essere nella natura si, ma al chiuso (praticamente entravano da una fessura rotta). In tutto ciò abbiamo provato a chiamare il signore ma peccato che è arrivato in modo scocciato, ha controllato ed è andato via senza nemmeno salutare, quando su Booking specifica assistenza H24. Insomma alcune cose sono da rivedere

Uno splendido rifugio tra le palme

Tutto bellissimo!!! La struttura è bella e vicinissima a Crystal Beach e a tantissimi ristoranti vicini. Il gestore ci ha subito procurato il motorino senza nessun tipo di problema ed anche il driver per andata/ritorno dal porto!!

En general todo bien, ubicación, decoración, tranquilidad, amabilidad. Vistas las fotografias en web, esperaba algo más...pero todo muy bonito.

El habla inglesa de los propietarios, bastante justito, costaba entender a veces. El estado de conservación de las motocicletas y de los cascos, bastante viejos. Lentos en servir desayuno.

Service et propreté

Le service de l’hôtel était au top ils sont très réactifs. Ils nous ont mis en relation avec un taxi pour faciliter notre arrivée car il n’y a pas de grab sur Nusa Penida. En arrivant tout le personnel était présent pour répondre à nos questions et nous accueillir. La chambre était très propre et conforme à la description. L’espace extérieur avec la piscine correspond réellement aux photos. La piscine est très agréable
