A beautifully presented apartment in a fantastic location offering picturesque harbour and sea views.. All on the First Floor:

Bedroom: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed, Freeview Smart TV
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Heating, electric heater, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Laundry room with token-operated washing machine and tumble dyer (shared with other properties on-site) on the ground floor under the steps. Allocated parking for 1 car. No smoking, including balcony and car park.. Kittiwakes is a modern first floor apartment situated in a central location in the historic fishing town of Brixham. With fabulous views of the inner harbour set against a kaleidoscope of colourful terraced cottages, Kittiwakes boasts one of the best outlooks in Brixham. This is a very well-presented apartment that serves well as a spacious nest for visiting couples.
The full-width balcony is a fantastic feature, and on good days extends the living space outside and provides even more impressive views of the open sea beyond the break water. In this special location you will struggle to decide whether to stroll into town for your evening meal, or to stay home and dine in style on your very own private outdoor terrace, overlooking the bustling harbour below.
Kittiwakes is a very well appointed and located apartment that will leave guests feeling relaxed and refreshed, it is dressed with good quality furniture throughout, new kitchen installed and almost uniquely for Brixham, your allocated off road parking is right outside.
Several beaches can be reached within a 15-minute walk, including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. Brixham together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay, with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore. Churston Golf Club is under 3 miles away and will let non-members play if they have booked in.
The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler, which is turned on at set times of the day (morning and evening) from October to April. During these times the level of heating can be controlled by the thermostats on the radiators in the individual apartments. However there are independently controlled electric radiators in this apartment for additional heating if required.

The Bedroom currently has a super king size bed, but with further improvements planned this may be changed to a standard size double in the future without prior warning.

Excellent stay and very comfortable accommodation. Fantastic view across the harbour. Close to town centre Pubs and Restaurants, and great coastal walks in both directions. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful break at kittiwakes. The apartment is comfy, has everything you could need, including puzzles. We slept well and we were near everything we needed which meant we could enjoy lazy breakfasts on the balcony. The views were great and even when the weather was a bit grisly we could enjoy the harbour from the apartment. If you are not very agile then it will work your calf muscles getting up to it each night but if you can it’s well worth it.

Nice clean comfortable apartment. Good location fabulous views over the harbour. Ideal for accessing the coastal path for lovely walks. Good bus service to get to paignton torquay etc. Great not to have to use the car .Plenty of options for eating /drinking.
