cobwebs, bed was lumpy and smelt musty.. outside could have be cleaned better , stairs from kitchen to lounge the flooring at the top needs sorting

superb location and very nice layout. lounge and kitchen/diner layout very nicely.
The 3rd bedroom doesn’t have a door, some areas need TLC, outside area needs good clean.
