Fabulous view of Brixham from small, comfortable flat.

The view of the harbour and town from the spacious kitchen/living room is superb. The flat was nicely decorated with a well-equipped kitchen. Location is brilliant for exploring Brixham and the adjacent coast on foot, so long as you don’t mind steps/hills. Parking right by the flat was very convenient.

The bedroom is slightly small for the capacious double bed and you do have to keep the louvres in place for any privacy. Our car got ‘pooped’ by seagulls overnight but that can happen in any seaside town. Bring something to clean this off just in case!

Brilliant - nothing to dislike even in the rain!

A very well appointed apartment with great views of the sea and harbour. Some really nice decor by way of pictures, occasional tables, lamps etc. made the accomodation very welcoming. And a dedicated parking space is worth a fortune in Brixham!

Not a 'dislike' at all really but just a 'note'. You need to be moderately 'fit and mobile'! Whilst close to harbour and town - around 5 minutes walk - any route involves quite steep hills and/or multiple steps

Maximum Brixham experience from this beautiful property

This property makes you happy as soon as you walk in. Tasteful decor and very well equiped. Spotlessly clean with lovely crisp towels and linen. The view is uplifting even on a wet day. Easy access to harbour for mobile people,some may struggle with steep steps but there is a longer less demanding way down. Private parking spot is a great bonus.

An amazing view from the property and being Christmas time so pretty at night with all the lights, it’s very warm and comfortable and furnished beautifully, with everything you could want. We hope to return in 2022
