Great family home in a fab location
Spacious and comfortable family home in a great location. Very well equipped. Dog friendly. Only 5 minute walk into the centre of Brixham.
The garage is virtually impossible to use if you have a big car and not easy to find on street parking nearby.

Sykes kept messaging saying we owed more money, which was incorrect and with multiple repetitive e mails about other things, again late or incorrect that would put me off booking with Sykes direct.

Stunning holiday home.
The location was perfect for everything. One of our favourites and we have stopped in many rental holiday homes! The views are fantastic. The property was equipped with everything to make a week stay just perfect. The rooms were clean, lovely decor. Comfortable beds with crisp white linen. Towels provided to. House was spacious, the sofa, a comfy spot for family downtime after days out. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again.
Not that I wasn't really bothered as we brought 2 cars, but to be aware that you have to find a roadside parking spot. If you frequently visit Brixham, it's something that's just a part of the package. Take caution with the front decking area. We had two small dogs. I was very fearful that they would fall or jump down. I'd be cautious with small children, too, as there is a drop to the next level. Steps are available, but possible hazzards due to elevation.

What a fantastic place, excellent location, very clean and tidy. Well equipped, everything was catered for, all you need was yourself. We’ll definitely revisit
