Great location to explore Lucerne.

Convenient location

Location is walking distance to chapel bridge. City parking is close by but cost 25chf per day.

There is no washing machine. Also tumble dryer was stated in list of facilities but not provided. Unfortunate for us, there is a blackout in the morning before we chk out thus we had to get dressed in the dark.

It's a good choice if you have a big group.

The location was walking distance to the attractions. Apt is good for 5-6 persons but there're only 3 of us. It's old apartment but the good thing is there's elevator which is helpful for big luguages.

We have challenges with power when using hair dryer and the host was not really helpful and we have to figure out by ourselves. We lost power 2 times and we could not use hair dryer again :(

The location was great and it was easy to access

The beds very very hard, the bathroom has no ventilation and the bathroom roof has water damage and mould, the bathroom sink plug was jammed on arrival and we had to use the kitchen sink. The kitchen sink plug did not work and I had to wash dishes by hand under a running tap. No dishwashing liquid- I had to use hand soap. No t-towel to dry dishes. No toaster or bread knife. Oven grill was dirty and greasy and when used filled the apartment with a greasy odour.

Pleasant stay in Lucerne

Good location and good transport options. The apartment was spacious and clean and had an elevator.

Kitchen was good but it was missing a kettle, dish drainer, drain plug, etc. The communication seemed a little impersonal as there was not a named person to message.

Convenient family or small group accommodation in the heart of the old town area of the city.

Location is the best part of the property as you can walk to most everything of tourist interest in the city

It is an average family apt not really a rental facility. Not set up well for short stay visitors

It was mentioned that rooms are air conditioned, however there was no air-condition. Similarly no free wifi available at the property as there was no WiFi so TV was of no use / not working. Wash room has no exhaust fan, so washroom always smelly. Electricity/Power wasn't stable, you turn on Iron, power is gone, you turn on Microwave power is gone, then the guest has to replace the power plugs by themselves. When we checked in there was an odd smell in the whole apartment. Host is either non-responsive or late response, however didn't fixed any of the issues. Overall worst ever experience.

Very central location, WiFi didn't connect to the internet.

Central location, large apartment suitable for families. I'm still recommending it, but I hope they will consider that nowadays an internet connection is not just an extra, if you are coming from any country that is not Switzerland.

The wi-fi was not working (router on, but no internet), we had to pay for connection out of pocket (internet bundles, roaming charges), as we needed it to check personal and work emails, contact the apartment owners, plan our visit and the rest of our road trip. I messaged the property about it, but there was no offer to check with their provider, or any partial refund for the inconvenience.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of city centre.

Apartment is on a very busy road and the front bedroom is very noisy with the windows open. The air conditioning unit in the apartment could not be run because there was no Swiss power plug available to make it run, so windows to busy road needed to be left open to keep the room cool enough to sleep in. The apartment is very clean and tidy but a little tired.

The location.

Could not reach landlord. Their phone number was never answered, and there was no option to leave a message. There was no wifi and no air conditioning, both of which were advertised as included. Some of the furniture needed repair, like a hole in the couch, pieces missing from dining chairs, and a broken fan. The small air conditioner in the dining room was too far away from any electrical outlet. So could not be tested. There was no A/C for the rest of the apartment . So no, there was no air conditioning. This was a time of extreme heat in Lucerne. Extremely bad.

quite a few things were wobbly or nearly broken, 2 of the chairs we could not even sit on. would also be helpful if there were enough bowls and utensils for 5 people when that is how many people it was booked for.
