    A great property with wonderful hosts that is highly recommended.
    The property is beautifully renovated and modern with spacious rooms and every comfort of home. The home is thoughtfully provisioned with everything you could need from beach towels to umbrellas to bedside torches. We were impressed with its cleanliness which added to the feeling of comfort. No ick feeling when you look at the tv remote and couch cushions here!! Our hosts were marvellous and left us with some delicious goodies and plenty of milk in the fridge. The communication was good and very responsive. They are kind and attentive people who go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
    The parking can be a bit tricky sometimes but doesn’t detract from the enjoyment of staying at this property.

    A charming, historic house with lovely interiors just 30 seconds' walk from the seafront.
    Guests in the top floor will need eye masks if they're used to sleeping in dark rooms. There are two small windows with no curtains or other covering, so the room is flooded with light from just after sunrise. Also when booking I missed the fact that check-out is at 10am. I've never experienced such an early time in decades of hotel and house stays.

    Very nice house, great location, very clean and comfy. Very comfortable beds. The sea is a mere 100 yards away, A very good restaurant in Newlyn at walking distance.
    I'm 6ft4. The bathroom itself is very big, but the shower cabin inside is semi-circular and feels a bit cramped. A square cabin and a higher showerhead would've been nice, especially with all the space available.

    An exceptional property and host. Book as soon as you can!
    Absolutely exceptional in every single way. The house itself is a beautiful and spotless property while still feeling comfortable and cosy. Everything you could need to make your stay as easy as possible was provided including a coffee machine, all needed kitchen appliances, WiFi, tvs in both bedrooms as well as living room and a washing machine. The attention to detail was sublime, even small things like a coat and shoe rack to store our wet outdoor clothing made us feel at home and showed the property is completely functional as well as beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable and much needed after busy days exploring as this location is perfectly situated a stones throw from the promenade and all the must see places such as St Ives, St Michael's Mount and Lizard point only short drives away. Parking was easy and we were able to leave the car securely meaning we could also explore on foot. A special mention has to be given to the kindness and thoughtfulness of our host, Gael. From making sure there was milk and biscuits that suited our dietary requirements ready for when we arrived, to the fantastic information pack with local recommendations and instructions for any question that could arise about the property during our stay and even offering to post an item left behind. I doubt you could find a nicer and more professional host in the entire of Cornwall. We can't recommend this accomodation and host enough, not only will your days be jam-packed from exploring the local area but you will be garenteed a warm welcome, comfortable nights sleep and a real home away from home. Everything was charming.

    Truly exceptional property that is a home away from home
    Everything about this property is first class. The Location, the facilities, the reception from our wonderful host Gael. Nothing was a problem - we were even able to occupy the property early after a night train journey. The lovely welcome pack from Gael was an amazing surprise. She could not have done more to make our stay a truly wonderful one. Everything inside the property was spotless and she even provided towels for the Jubilee pool (and advice on what to see and do and where to eat). We would recommend anyone stay here.
    Nothing about our stay could have been better.
