Perfect location to trails and restaurants!

Room Aria was perfect for two days off of thru hiking. The room was spacious and comfortable and even laundry was available in the private bathroom! The host was friendly and accommodating and I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a cleaner place.

Appeared new and modern. Room on upper floor of property, very private. Very clean, washing and drying facilities. Car parking at property. Close to centre.

I absolutely recommend Room Aria!

Spotlessly clean. Everything was very modern and comfortable. I don't understand some reviews that complain about the bathroom. Yes It was in another room, but still private and actually very complete en comfortable! The extra toilettries and minifridge were a very welcome plus!

Right within the main town centre of Kobarid and within driving distance to all locations in Soca Valley. Very clean apartment with parking spot, mini fridge and washing facilities.

Overnighter in picturesque Kobarid

Central village location with parking. The room on the top floor of the house was spacious and very clean. We were allowed to checkin early by the friendly landlady.

The mattress of the double bed is very soft and probably requires replacement. Value for money is not so great.

Clean and modern room with the most helpful hosts.

Spotlessly clean and modern room with private bathroom with washing machine/dryer if needed. Our hosts couldn’t have been more kind and helpful and had safe storage for our bikes too. We would definitely recommend Room Aria and would love to come back to spend more time here.

Nice modern looking room, a lot of space, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable. There's free parking and the location is right in the center.

The bathroom is private, but it is outside of the room, across the hall. Coming from outside, you need to climb two flights of fairly steep stairs. The bells of the church or something outside are pretty loud.

Sehr moderne, saubere und komfortable Unterkunft. Alles von höchster Qualität. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Badezimmer vorhanden und können gegen Entgelt benutzt werden (ab 2 Tage Aufenthalt sogar kostenfrei).

Az elvárásainknak tökéletesen eleget tett, àr-érték arànyban kiváló.

A városja maga is nagyon hangulatos és rengeteg szabadidős tevékenységet kínál, mint pl. rafting siklóernyőzés, tútázás, stb. A szállas jól felszerelt, tiszta, az ágy kényelmes, a célnak összességében teljesen megfelelő, a városközpontban van. A szállásadók kedvesek és angolul kommunikáció-képesek.

Hoher Standard, sehr zentral gelegen

Hoher Komfort, sehr bequeme Betten und perfekt sauber. Insgesamt einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen. Die Vermieterin hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben.

Leider an einer relativ befahrenen Straße gelegen, mit geschlossenem Dachfenster konnte man es durch die tolle Klimaanlage trotzdem gut aushalten. Es ist kein Fernseher vorhanden, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

Отличный вариант апартаментов за свои деньги, даже выше уровнем. Хозяйка очень добрая, отзывчивая, посоветовала куда можно сходить и разрешила использовать ее парковку даже после выезда, что было очень мило с ее стороны.

Grande chambre propre et moderne au cœur de Kobarid

Moderne, spacieux, très confortable et propre. Doté d’un mini frigo, c’est toujours apprécié. Bien situé avec espace de stationnement.

Le prix demandé pour faire un lavage est assez prohibitif, 7 euros pour utiliser la machine à laver et 10 euros pour le séchage. Ça fait cher.

Camera di recente ristrutturazione, tutto nuovo e con ottime rifiniture. Host molto disponibile e cordiale. Tutto molto pulito. Posizione ottima in centro a Kobarid / Caporetto supermercati, bar e ristoranti in prossimità.

La camera è al secondo piano con scala stretta, non adatto a chi ha problemi di mobilità

Top renoviertes Haus mit luxurösem Zimmer. Sehr freundlche Besitzer.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Besitzer. Traumhaftes luxuriöses Zimmer im Dach. Top Aussatattung. Das gesamte Haus ist renoviert und wirkt sehr hochwertig. Sehr schönes Bad mit Dusche. Waschmaschine und Trockner gegen Gebühr zu nutzen. Wir haben sehr gut und ruhig geschlafen. Zentral in Kobarid gelegen und dennoch sehr ruhig. Restaurant mit Frühstück ganz in der Nähe. Wir durften unsere Fahrräder in einen separaten Häuschen einsperren.
