This is the perfect B&B experience

A charming small town, a beautifully picturesque house, spacious and spotless rooms, a comfortable bed, ample parking, excellent Wi-Fi, and a wonderful breakfast—including Manuela’s divine vegan pie—together made for a truly perfect stay. We had an amazing time and only wish we could have stayed longer, as the surrounding area offers a wealth of activities and attractions. We sincerely hope to return someday. Thank you for everything!

Lovely hosts, beautiful surroundings

The B&B is located a short drive (5-10 minutes) from the city center. We were able to park the car right outside the building which was very convenient. The room was small but cosy and super clean. Manuela and her husband were excellent hosts. The breakfast was very good, pancakes for the kids was highly appreciated. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night, hopefully next time we will be able to stay longer!

The hosts were kind, friendly and very helpful. They speak very good English. The breakfast was outstanding. The location was great. It's just a couple of minutes from the town centre by car and there are also a number of places to eat in the area around the B&B if you don't want to go into town.

Breakfast was very good and the choice of dishes was varied. The distance from the city is about two kilometers, but there is a very good restaurant nearby.

Kedves szállásadó, kényelmes szállás

A szállás szép, tiszta. A tulajdonos hölgy rendkívül kedves. A reggeli nagyon finom és bőséges. A szállás picit távolabb van a varostól, de autóval csak pár perc es a parkolás is megoldott.

A szállás egy út mellett van, ami éjszaka zavaró lehet nyitott ablakok mellett. Viszont plusz pont, hogy van szúnyogháló az ablakokon.

Agréable mais déçu sur les points cités( air conditionné et machine à laver)

Propreté, chambre, très joli

Le règlement d’ordre intérieur n’est pas assez bien communiqué. Une machine à laver disponible mais nous avons eu la surprise qu’il fallait demander la permission et ne faire qu’un machine tous les deux jours. Remarque nous a été faite pour l’utilisation de l’air conditionné alors qu’il est indiqué de l’éteindre uniquement lorsqu’on n’est pas sur place.

Our stay at this property was truly enjoyable. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-organized. Mrs. Manuela was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely be happy to return in the future. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole! L’appartamento era pulitissimo e molto accogliente. La signora Manuela è stata super gentile e sempre disponibile. Consigliamo questo posto a tutti e torneremo sicuramente con piacere!

Von allem positiv überrascht: freundlich, großzügig, sehr sauber, sehr familiär - einfach perfekt

Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet und mit selbstgebackenen Köstlichkeiten geschmückt. Da die Unterkunft nur wenigen Besuchern Platz bietet, ist es Manuela möglich, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir dachten die Räumlichkeiten wären neu - das sagt alles über die Pflege und Sauberkeit ! Es sind 8 Jahre. Für Tagesausflüge ist die Lage ideal, Cividale sehr nett - und LA GUBANA ( ein Gebäck ) hat uns überzeugt .

Ci siamo trovati veramente molto a nostro agio in questo edificio che profuma di pulito. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata peraccontrntare tutti i gusti (anche una torta vegana molto apprezzata). Pulizia ottima e cordialità dei proprietari che ti accolgono sempre con il sorriso. Posizione ottimale.
