Great accommodation

We used the accommodation on our way to Slovenia. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but there is a supermarket right next door and the center can be reached in a few minutes by car. The extremely nice owner, Milena, prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We felt very welcome. The room has air conditioning which was very nice on hot days.

Perfect Italian escape

The stay at the charming house owned by Milena and Claudio was a perfect escape from the big city atmosphere. Everything was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed and more. Among everything we liked, the breakfast stood out the most. It was by far better than in the most of the hotels we stayed in. We recommend this type of accomodation to everyone who want to experience peaceful Italian stay combined with delicious food for breakfast!

Incredibly kind lady, we felt at home. The rooms were beautifully cooled upon arrival, and it was no problem to arrive a bit earlier. Everything was clean and pleasan t. Excellent breakfast. If we pass by in the future, we will visit again.

We were supposed to have a triple room with air conditioning, but we got a double room with an extra bed and no air conditioning. The air conditioning was only in the hallway, so the door to the hallway had to be kept open. The bathroom was across the hallway, but that didn't bother us. The double room is very small, but okay for one night.

Amazing room with sweet owner

The owner was the sweetest lady. When I arrived I was welcomed with even though it was pretty late. In the morning I had to leave earlier than expected so I didn't have the chance to enjoy the breakfast but I did get some pastries for on the way. The room was also very spacious and really clean as well as the kitchen and dining area. Amazing experience sad I only stayed for one night.

I'm sad I didn't get the chance to enjoy the breakfast, I'm sure it would have been lovely.

Host was very friendly. I had lengthy and interesting conversations with her.

Host went out of her way to provide an excellent breakfast with all the options (salty and sweet) even though I was the only guest and I had informed her that I was not into sweet things. Bed was very comfortable.

The room and bathroom were a bit small but for one night it was fine.

We stayed here only one night but we had a very good experience. The owners were waiting for us with coffee, milk for our daughter and some fruits as we arrived late. We felt very welcome:) Breakfast was great! It is a quiet place, very clean. You can park your car in front of the house with no problems.

Wonderful and very friendly place

Wonderful place! Milena is a superb host, very friendly and helpful. You feel very welcome in her home. She also speaks German and English. Rooms are very clean and bright, on the second floor with their own entrance, the family does live in the same house, first floor. Breakfast is amazing: lots of choices and Milena aks if you need special things for breakfast and does bake all kind of pastries etc. You feel at home. Grazie mille Milena!

Nothing to complain. Just notice that the house is on the outskirts of Udine, ca. 5 kilometer from the historical city centre. If you do not come by car and are depending on public transport: Bus nr. 4 is a good connection between city centre and the house. Buy your bustickets in the trainstation or machine outside. I had some problems due to a strike and a marathon in the city centre: busses did not run frequently. Normally busses run untill ca. 20.30 p.m.., ca. 3 times per hour. Train station San Gottardo is nearby, easy for going to visit Cividale dei Friuli. From the main station in Udine it is easy to reach Triëst (ca. 1 hour).

Amazing location, very clean rooms and bathroom, beautiful interior of the house, big breakfast buffet included in the price. And a lovely owner who told us about the region, the Fruliano language and the history of her house, all while juggling between English, German, Italian and the aforementioned Fruliano. Big recommendation!

The host was extremely polite and she took good care of us!The room was clean and nice. We were traveling Italy by motorbikes and we had just stayed there for 1 night. The morning we woke up, she had prepared us an amazing breakfast not even small hotels have! Definitely recommend!!!

Impeccable accommodation with magnificent hosts

I enjoyed a really wonderful stays of 6 nights at this place in Udine. The house is in a quiet residential area which can be easily reached by bus no. 4 from Udine station and the city centre (bus stop three minutes away - service is regular). The room was most spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was wonderful - fit for a king - with a spread of hams, the best cheeses I have eaten in Italy as well as fresh fruits and pastries. But it is the hosts who are the true stars of this accommodation - they were most welcoming, always available in case of any issues (they live downstairs) and most helpful in giving advice on where to go and what to see. Milena was always a pleasure to talk to at breakfast in the morning. Please note: although it says that WIFI is not available on booking.com, it actually is and it is very good, which enabled me to get some work done on a rainy day.

A fuir - arnaque

Très désagréable et voleur. J’ai reçu un message de l’établissement me demandant d’annuler ma réservation car ils sont en congé. Ce que j’ai fait mais lorsque booking les a contacté pour valider mon remboursement ils n’ont pas répondu. J’ai essayer de trouver une solution par mail avec l’établissement et ils ont été très désagréables et irrespectueux au lieu d’être arrangeant et de solutionner le problème qu’ils ont eux mêmes causé. Bref, je ne serai jamais remboursé et en plus de ça, j’ai du payer une autre nuit dans un autre établissement puisque il n’ont pas pu honorer ma réservation.

Richtig, richtig schön!

Sehr herzlich, Ausstattung hochwertig, geschmackvolle Deko, schöne Gespräche im 4-Sprachen-Mix geführt. Melina und ihr Mann sorgen dafür, dass man sich wohl und wie in einem gemütlichen zu Hause fühlt. Wir waren sehr, sehr gern da!

Сподобалося абсолютно все! Розташування у тихому районі, є місце для паркування. Номер невеликий, але неймовірно затишний і гарний! Чудове доглянуте подвірʼя, ввечері можна посидіти в альтанці. Сніданок був просто фантастичний! Ми мусили їхати дуже рано, але господиня навіть пиріг вранці спекла! Сервірування столу було дуже красиве, кава - ароматна, вся їжа дуже смачна! Дуже дякуємо!

Die Gastgeberin Frau Milena ist eine sehr herzliche Person, sie hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt, Heizung sofort aufgedreht weil meiner Frau etwas kalt war, Bier und Mineral eingekauft und eine Jause mit Kaffee bei der Ankunft einfach so hingestellt!! Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit Kuchen, Toskanabrot, Wurst, Müsli, Obst, Tee, Kaffee......very Good!!!

Ospitalità, gentilezza, disponibilità. Il posto è bello e tranquilissimo. La colazione soddisfa alla grande tutte le aspettative, anzi la supera, e tutti i palati.

Il prezzo un po' alto, ma devo ammettere che in linea con gli altri B&B. In poco tempo i prezzi si sono raddoppiati in tutte le strutture.

Hübsches kleines Zimmer in gepflegtem Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Unsere Fahrräder wurden sicher untergestellt und die herzliche Vermieterin servierte uns ein sehr reichhaltiges, gutes Frühstück. Aufgrund des vorhergesagten schlechten Wetters haben wir spontan entschlossen, einen Tag früher abzureisen. Die Vermieterin bot uns von sich aus an, den Tag zu stornieren, was wirklich ein großzügiges Angebot war.

non è stato un disagio per me ,ma bisogna sapere che il bagno è separato dalla camera, è privato ma bisogna attraversare il corridoio . E un po’ distante dal centro ma si può raggiungere la città in auto in pochi minuti, con un parcheggio al centro che se parcheggi dalle 18 alle 20 e gratis
