Compact, beautifully organised space in a medieval town of great beauty

The location is superb, right in the heart of the town and means that everything is accessible on foot. Well, if you go up to le marais for a stroll, that is futher - we had a car so were able to add this into the end of a day. The property is compact but stuffed with everything one could possibly need and lots of plug sockets (something you cna often need when travelling). The hosts went out of their way to make our stay go well - including organising some WiFi after the usual one was down due to works in the area. It was a bit intermittent but at least i could reply to a couple of enquiries I receievd during that time. We would happily stay there again.

The picture of the outside of the building is slightly misleading until you have been there. I thought it was the actual property with car parking in front, and couldn't understand why we would need to find on street parking away form the property, but what you see is the square in front of the building and the green door is the access point. Other than that, nohting comes to mind!

The location is ideal for exploring the medieval town, close to great cafés/restaurants. Jaques is a wonderful host with a plethora of ideas to make our stay interesting, so helpful.

Beautiful studio in excellent location with a charming and helpful host.

the studio was central very close to the cathedral. parking was free 5pm to 9am and plentiful. the studio was stylish beautifully decorated with everything we needed. the owner was very welcoming and went out of his way to explain where the local restaurants are.

We would have liked a small carton of milk to go with the tea and coffee that was provided

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful setting

Everything. Perfect location, easy parking, comfortable well apportioned apartment. Host met us on arrival and gave us a quick guide to the apartment facilities. Also a brief guide to the city, which happened to be less than 100m from the historic area and cathedral. Wish I had had more time to tour this beautiful historic town. Hopefully will return soon for a more relaxing visit.

Great Apartment in nice town.

Terrific little apartment with everything you would need to make your stay very comfortable, owner was terrific and very helpful.

If arriving by car it can be a little tricky to find the apartment due to the narrow streets and one way sign's. Also be aware that the parking is very heavily policed i.e. they were out at 9am to ticket cars that had not paid for their parking. Parking is free from 6pm till 9am. Motorbikes seem to be free with no charge.

Insgesamt sehr passend, würden wir auch wieder buchen.

Appartement, daher kein Frühstück, aber Tee und Kaffee vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, um Bourges zu erkunden und außerdem sehr charmant am Platz mit Bäumen und Brunnen. Der Gastgeber war sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert.

Wir hätten gerne gelüftet, was wegen der Lage im Erdgeschoß nur möglich war, wenn man aufpasste, dass die Katzen nicht hereinkamen und Nachts gar nicht.
