L'ambiance chaleureuse, le bon agencement des espaces, le petit déjeuner du matin, les petites attentions dans le logement, le sens du détail dans la décoration, la diversité des équipements, la mise à disposition d' un set de serviettes, l'emplacement en centre ville dans une rue calme. Le fait que l' appartement ait plusieurs espaces et ne soit pas que une chambre.

Nous avons aimé le côté cocooning de l'appartement, très bien aménagé et très propre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour être bien et passer un bon séjour. Emplacement parfait près du centre historique. Merci à Francis pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité Je recommande vivement

Mieux qu'à l'hôtel

Ravie de mon séjour. Le logement est grand, propre et fonctionnel. On dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour cuisiner sur place et c'est bien plus confortable qu'à l'hôtel. Le quartier est calme, pas de nuisances sonores. Il est facile de trouver une place de parking dans la rue le soir. L'hôte est très attentionné et disponible. J'ai d'ailleurs testé ma première séance de Reiki avec Francis dont les tarifs sont très abordables. Je reviendrai sans hésitation.

Petit déjeuner pas assez complet a mon goût ,il manquait jus fruit yaourt jambon blanc par exemple.Je pourrais payer 5€ ou 10€ de plus pour un petit déjeuner complet .

L’appartement très propre et fonctionnel avec une petite cour très agréable où prendre le petit déjeuner. L’appareil de massage à ne pas oublier. Le message de notre hôte où il nous explique comment récupérer les clés et son appel pour s’assurer que tout va bien et pour nous donner des informations sur les animations le soir à Bourges.

Le logement est très fonctionnel mais décoré avec des touches personnelles. Le petit déjeuner le matin est un énorme plus très appréciable. Et la gentillesse de l'accueil, la cerise sur le gâteau !

Tout est parfaitement agencé, pensé. Le propriétaire est au petits soins pour ses hôtes. Appartement spacieux, beaucoup de petits détails permettent d'apprécier le soin pris en pensant aux voyageurs et leur confort. Très bien situé pour une visite de Bourges, environnement calme et confort, quoi vouloir de plus. Je recommande pour un séjour court ou de plusieurs semaines. La tonnelle dans la cour attenante doit s'apprécier en été. Merci au propriétaire pour son attention à ses hôtes.

Suber bien placé, à 10 mn à pieds du centre ville. Les croissants ds la boîte à lettre est une superbe idée, merci.

La voisine du dessus qui fait tourner sa machine à laver à minuit, mais ça c'est pas de la faute du propriétaire, nous sommes tombés la mauvaise nuit (rires)
