La propreté, le calme, l’emplacement près de la ville et des marais. Le parking gratuit devant l’appartement.

Très bel appartement , propre et agréable, très bien situé et avec l'énorme avantage d'avoir un parking gratuit à proximité (de l'autre côté de la rue). Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de profiter du calme à l'intérieur : pas de bruit malgré la proximité du parking et de la rue justement. Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Espace salle de bains très bien pensé.
Nous n'avons pas trouvé le canapé très confortable mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de l'utiliser de manière prolongée. L'inconvénient du rez-de-chaussée pour faire aérer, mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

Propreté du logement et agencement de l'appartement fait avec goût
Bruyant car l'appartement se trouve à l'angle de 2 axes passants RDC donc promiscuité avec l'extérieur quand on ouvre les fenêtres pour aérer l'appartement, faible luminosité Petit problème relationnel avec le propriétaire lors de la demande d'un reçu pour le séjour
