The availability of hot water, not an issue for us so much as we were there in dry and warm weather. The lack of a shelf or cupboard to put anything in or on. Poor lighting in main room.fine

A small, warm, functional cabin in the grounds of a B&B with view over woodland.

Functional welcome from host. No response to message sent to ask about supplies of wood/ charcoal. BBQ was a tiny grill, about half the size of a disposable BBQ. Veranda slippery in the wet and just needed some TLC.

Lovely micro lodge situated in a fabulous village.

It’s situated in a lovely village. Ideal for anyone who wants to explore the local walks. The lodge was clean on arrival and well maintained. The owners were lovely and very knowledgeable about the local area. We enjoyed two evenings of the fire which gave an extra bonus to this stay. There is lots of chickens which gave us the entertainment we needed. My 7 year old didn’t want leave. I would definitely book here again.

Was very clean & cosy feeling. Could not fault the pod itself or location. It has absolutely everything you need and also includes a fridge with a little freezer compartment.

Lovely glamping pod

The location was perfect, the hosts were very helpful and welcoming, the glamping pod was very well laid out with all the necessities and the beds were comfortable. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they loved the walks and the woodland across the road was handy for a short evening stroll. The local shop and pub are 5 mins walk away which is also handy. The resident chickens free roam around the pods and they're such characters :) I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a glamping holiday.

Cosy hut in a great location with real sustainability credentials

Absolutely beautiful eco-huts in a quiet location, perfect for Glen Affric. The neighbouring hut was occupied but the layout and the trees/grasses mean that you still have lots of privacy. Loved sitting outside by the fire, you can see so many stars. The guest information book clearly explains the steps the owners are taking to ensure the huts are as sustainable as possible - we really appreciated this and it was one of the reasons we chose to book.

We couldn't quite get the shower to run properly hot despite following the instructions. It was still warm enough to use though - could just be the location/nature of the building and it wasn't really a huge issue but might not be as nice in the depths of winter.

Original et bucolique

Cabanes d'excellente qualité, modernes et fonctionnelles. C'est vraiment très joli, on dort dans la forêt et il y a le village avec un petit supermarché et un pub dans un bus à 200 mètres. Parfait pour visiter la région du Loch Ness.

La douche chaude est compliquée à utiliser ;-)
