The location of the property was OK

The communication with Karim the host is appalling. He just doesnt reply to messages. There was no electricity in the apartment kitchen area when I arrived and I couldn't get it fixed. Karim was very unhelpful and in the end became aggressive.

Besançon - a “must visit” city.

Excellent location - easy walk from station and into old town. Studio on ground floor of old building, with garden view. Besancon off the tourist trail, so much to see and do. Good public transport, visitors guides; river cruise a must.

No comfortable chair to sit and read; no reading light

Location near the station was good. Plenty of room. Reasonably quiet.

The communication with the proprietor was difficult. He talks at top speed. He doesn't remember who his guests are because he is rushing around doing other things. He gave me the number to get the key but then asked us to leave later at 8.30 because it was booked by someone else. Luckily the other person decided to find somewhere else. He seemed to be asking people to do cleaning duties but there was no plug in the kitchen sink, nor bathroom sink. We found dishes in the cupboard that were dirty. My husband repaired the cutlery drawer so that it would open.

Le studio est très bien situé à proximité du centre-ville. Le stationnement gratuit à proximité est très appréciable. Le quartier est très calme. Le studio a été rénové - il reste quelques améliorations mais cela ne perturbe pas le séjour.

Surtout, ne louez pas ce studio, la location est illégale et le propriétaire de très mauvaise fois

La location de cette appartement est illégale, des affichages de la copropriété dans les parties communes l'attestent. Le studio était également par ailleurs infesté de punaises de lit et sentait très fort le tabac, ce qui atteste d'une utilisation autre du logement (prostitution évoquée par la copropriété) Le propriétaire devrait être interdit de publication par booking.

Ubicación Perfecta para conocer la ciudad de Dijon, llegue busque las llaves gracias a las indicaciones del anfitrión y el Apart era tal cual la descripción y las fotos.. Súper recomendable!!
