Owner was kind and accomodating, as we went month to month waiting to get a long term lease. She was very responsive to maintenence issues. Location was ideal to get to everything we needed walking. Beautiful garden surrounds property. First floor.

First floor efficiency apartment. French window opens into a beautiful garden. Allowed our dog!

The host and hostess are fabulous, sweet and friendly!

The bed is a sofa bed. Sufficiently supportive. It takes two people to convert from bed back to sofa.

a good deal for a nice feel.

The apartment is well located, close to the railway station on the way down to the "heart of the city". The hosts were very helpful in overcoming little problems with the equipment and the keys (one has to press the button on the little safe rather hard to open the lock). Note that you have to make your bed yourself on an expandable couch. It needs a little practicing to get it done the first time but once you have found a suitable angle of attack it works fine. The interiors are very modern and clean (how clean they stay while you are there is up to yourself). I very much liked working there on my tablet, looking out into the little garden. WiFi connection was perfect.

Pod kątem obiektu, bardzo udany.

Lokalizacja- bardzo blisko stacji kolejowej a jednocześnie blisko do centrum. Jeździ też tramwaj, ale wszystkie najważniejsze obiekty są w zasięgu spaceru. Fajne jest też to, że jest sporo sprzętu, nawet air frier, więc przygotowanie sobie czegoś na szybko bez sterty garów nie stanowi problemu.

Zapchany ekspres do kawy, widziałam z książce gości, że problem istnieje już od dłuższego czasu. Kapsułki są zostawione dla pozoru, ale niestety nie można z nich skorzystać. Ja akurat miałam to szczęście, że znajoma ma taki sam ekspres i mi go na okres pobytu pożyczyła. Nie mniej działającego sprzętu do kawy obiekt nie zapewnia. Jest też problem z ustawieniem temperatury wody, leci albo wrzątek albo lód.

L'appartement était propre et à proximité du centre ville de Besançon. La place de parking.

Séjour agréable.

Confortable, conforme aux photos et emplacement proche de la gare.

Couac à l’arrivée: oubli par les hôtes de la transmission du code pour la boîte à clefs, et injoignable au top pendant environ 1h00.

Les propriétaires ne sont pas sérieux… accès au logement impossible.

Nous avions prévenu de notre arrivée tardive mais le code pour la boîte à clés ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons dû trouver une chambre d’hôtel dans la nuit. Un autre code nous a été donné le lendemain mais ce n’était toujours pas le bon. Les propriétaires sont donc venus mais cela nous a contraint à manger des sandwiches car ça nous a interrompu la pause méridienne. Un remboursement de la chambre d’hôtel a été effectué mais que de stress après 7h de route!!

Le logement est très agréable, très bien situé près de la gare avec un parking gratuit. En passant par le parc, on est à 15 mn du centre ville à pied. Je vous recommande.
