The apartment smells. Old dusty stale smoke smell. So much so all my things stunk the next day. The walls are so paper thin that in the evening it was like the neighbours were in the room. I heard every word. Then in the morning the was non stop banging, dragging, moving goodness knows what in the apartment above me. Just horrible. Getting access with key etc was like an escape game in reverse.

Just about ok for 1 night.

It was a treasure hunt trying to understand where the key was in the dark. Just about ok for a 1 night stop. Bed uncomfortable, kitchen not so well equipped and floor not so clean. Amazed I was supposed to remove the linen and take out the trash, instructions for departure so long. Free parking in the street but hard to find a spot. Oven, microwave, stove, fridge and hot shower saved the stay. No internet either. In my opinion not great value for money.

We needed a place to spend the night, and it was cheap and it had everything we needed: a kitchen and a shower. We could park nearby for free. Silent at night. The owner sent us instructions for everything.

I wouldn't choose it for a long stay. Too small. We don't know if there was WiFi, we didn't ask because it was too late, but there was not information about it in the room. Old kitchen.

Propreté du lieu, tâches sur les couettes, avons même trouvé un chewing-gum collé sur le mur au dessus du lit .... J'avais demandé du linge de lit pour les 2 couchages du logement, et bien je n'en avait que pour un seul....avons fait avec les moyens du bord....des draps trouvés sous le clic clac mais dont je doute de la propreté vu l'état du logement.... Je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement

La persona que debía ayudarnos no lo hizo, no contestaba a los mensajes y estuvimos 3 horas desde que llegamos en la calle tirados, con mis 2 hijos pequeños y mi mujer, necesitábamos un código para desbloquear la caja de la llave con la que podríamos entrar, y la persona del apartamento no contestaba a los mensajes, gracias a la comunicación con una trabajadora de booking que nos pudo facilitar el código de acceso al apartamento una bellísima persona su trabajadora de booking, ruego le den mis más merecidas felicitaciones por la labor que hace, y que hacen ustedes como empresa. El studio estaba sucio y con comida abierta de los anteriores huéspedes. Una gran decepción por parte de la propietaria o propietario del studio, lamento decirles que pondré malas reseñas ya que no se puede dejar a una familia en la calle sin responder a los mensajes, nos desplazamos desde Barcelona y lo único que queríamos después de tantas horas en coche era descansar con mis niños de 3 y 9 años y nos costo hacerlo. Gracias de nuevo a la trabajadora de booking que nos pudo ayudar, ella también llamó a la propietaria pero tampoco Le cogió la llamada, lamentable de verdad. ESPERO NO VUELVA A SUCEDER LE A NINGUNA FAMILIA MÁS,Y SE PONGAN EN CONTACTO CON ELLA PARA TRANSMITIRLES QUE PAGUE UNA ESTANCIA QUE NO PUDE NI DISFRUTAR. Emplacement bidon absence de parking même dans ma rue impossible instructions peu clair j'ai cherché dans le noir la boîte à clés.tres vieil appartement dans son jus même la douche est de 1950 lit mezzanine marche très raide a déconseillé aux adultes. L'environnement bruyant a priori des étudiants avec la musique à fond.un formule 1 serait mieux.je suis déçu en plus absence de contact avec le propy qui est sûrement un pro de la location avec rentabilité max.car l'appartement il a du la hter une poignée de figue.ila même l'ancienne cafetière a 10€ chez carrefour .une honte de louer cela bia dormi et au petit matin je me suis vite barrer de la

Studio proche à la gare

Bonjour, j' ai aimé la proximité à la gare de Besançon Viotte. L'appartement était bien équipé.Ok pour faire une déplacement de corte durée.

L'appartement n'était pas très propre par terre dans la salle de bain lors de mon arrivée. Le store est cassé et le rideau ne couvre pas complètement la fenêtre. Le wifi ne capte pas très bien.
