Barely passable, only thanks to location.
Location was great. And the simple city view as well. Also, host communication was quick.
Floors were squeaky all around. Yes, the place is renovated but it was like walking in a trap house. The floor was also massively slanted, which is understandable due to the age but it was uncomfortable. Bedsheets were too small for the mattress so they kept coming off and impossible to put back on. There was trash still in the apartment including condom wrappers from what I assume should be from the previous guest. I honestly would have canceled and asked for a refund if it was not non-refundable. Maybe with friends, but as a family and an under 1 year old baby, would mot recommend. Broken hangers and lamps that have been flagged in previous reviews have not been fixed and those reviews are months, even more than a year old for some. Basically all door handles are broken and just hang. The garage key only worked if you opened it and held down the battery, which in a tight one way uphill causes traffic and people to start honking if you do not know that ahead of time.

Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, y compris des brosses à dents, des serviettes, des friandises comme des gâteaux, du café, des bonbons, j'ai adoré !!!!!!!!!!! Mon petit ami et moi sommes très heureux d'un court séjour mais toujours très charmant

Gute Basis für Ausflüge in und um Besançon
Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung liegt in der obersten Etage eines alten Hauses. In zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern steht jeweils ein 1,40 m breites Doppelbett. Zusätzlich kann man anscheinend noch eine Schlafcouch ausklappen. Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad mit Toilette und Dusche. Die Kopfkissen sind hochwertig. Beim Einzug war die Wohnung tadellos sauber. Der Checkin war unkompliziert, der Schlüssel befand sich in einem Schlüsseltresor. Aufgrund der Parkplatzsituation auf der Straße, empfehlen wir, den optional angebotenen Privatparkplatz dazuzubuchen. Er befindet sich in etwa 200 m Entfernung hinter einer Schranke.
Eines der Schlafzimmer liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, man muss sich also überlegen, ob man das Fenster über Nacht geöffnet lässt.
