Le Montjoux Appartement Calme-Parking

This ground floor apartment is surprisingly quiet, being set in a little woodland park, close to busy thoroughfares to the nearby city of Besancon. Although the private car park is usually quite full, a space could always be found after a day out. Residents of the three blocks of apartments will exchange customary greeting with a smile along with their ‘bon jour’, The apartment is a ten-minute walk from an Intermarche Supermarket, as well as small shops selling fresh bread, vegetables, and sundries. There is also a bus stop for line 5, which goes to a stop near the town centre. Payment is simple; flash a credit card towards a pad behind the driver’s head, and, for under 2 euros, you can take any journey on any connecting bus during the following 60 minutes. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It was spotlessly clean and fresh when we arrived. It is very well equipped, with a lovely shower, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic hob, and a microwave oven. It has a television set, connected to a French cable system which provides access to a huge range of French speaking channels, as well as those familiar with French terrestrial broadcasts. The WiFi link is superb! We measured speeds of over 240 Mb! The bedroom looks out to parkland at the rear of the block. It catches morning sun, but every window in the apartment has metal roller blinds that can completely shut out any unwelcome very early light if required. The bed is generous and very comfortable. The Lounge/Diner has a broad hatch for serving direct from the kitchen, and for returning the used tableware. There is just sufficient cookware, tableware and cutlery for two people relying on ready-meals, and using the dishwasher once daily. There is a bed/settee in the lounge which is very comfortable, (if rather low for elderly knees and backs).Otherwise, there are plenty of upright chairs. We stayed for a fortnight, and enjoyed every moment.

Calme de la résidence et verdure. Bonne localisation pour se rendre en centre-ville à pied ou en bus. Équipement fonctionnel, notamment lave-linge et lave-vaisselle, aspirateur, étendoir à linge. Connexion internet efficace.

Inconfort impressionnant du canapé (impossible pour moi d’y rester). Propreté globale relative (taches sur les murs un peu partout, oreillers et tapis pas nets…).

Résidence calme, appartement agréable.

Évier boucher+fuite évacuation. Rideaux très sale. Mixer hors service. Télécommande non fonctionnelle. Vaisselle abominable obligé de m'en acheter exemple poele. Cocotte fonte fuyait sur plaque électrique. Couvert sale. Ne recommande absolument pas et demanderai dédommagement. Il est honteux de louer ça.
