I had a bad experience and didn’t stay in this room so I need my money back

Didn’t like it. the bedding was unclean and I couldn’t stay and sleep. I had to look for another room in another hotel . I need my money back!

HORRIBLE! THEY SCAM YOU.

I didn’t like anything at all about the property since I paid for it, only to be sent incorrect instructions on how to get the key to enter in an automatic message from the property and absolutely no response from the property at all by phone, message, or at the building itself (of which I was locked out) in order to enter the property. I was locked outside and had to sleep outside that night. DO NOT ALLOW PEOPLE TO BOOK THE PROPERTY AND TAKE THEIR MONEY IF THIS IS WHAT IS ON OFFER. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

I provided my own breakfast. I had to go out and buy a bowl as I make porridge for myself most mornings. A bowl and a tea towel would be handy. The bathroom was excellent and the place quite cosy. A good deal all around.

Just the lack of a bowl and more importantly- no electric jug or kettle to make tea or coffee. A microwave is fine for most things but not for making hot drinks.

Bien pour moi.

Rue très vivante le soir à Besançon, super pour se donner un RDV dans un bar de la rue Bersot. La situation en arrière cour du studio donne du calme.

A FUIR ! Mal honnête, sale, dégoutant. Des traces de spe**m sur les taies d'oreillers et drap housse ! Et quand j'ai fait part avec preuve à l'appuie l'hôte a nié en bloque et s'est offusqué que je qualifie son établissement de dégueulasse. Je passe sur la poussière, les toiles d'araignée un peu partout mais surtout au dessus du lit. Quand je fais part à Booking du problème, aucune réponse. À FUIR !

j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Baptiste. franchement très sympathique, très souple. le rapport qualité-prix, tout à fait correct au regard de l'urgence. je recommande vivement. surtout par rapport à l'emplacement. cœur de ville très vivant.

『絶対泊まってはいけない宿世界一！』70年の人生で最悪の宿泊施設とホストに遭遇した。お金を貰っても宿泊したくない。ホストが酷すぎる場合は、当日のキャンセルも可能なように規約を変更してもらいたい。

泊まらなければ良かった。ブザンソンの素晴らしい思い出が、私の70年の人生で最悪の宿泊施設にぶち壊された。悪い点を挙げるときりがないが、ほんの一部を紹介。 ★チェックインを14時から15時でリクエストしアクセプトされていたが、鍵の授受をする「The Pot Company」の昼休みで15時まで鍵の授受ができなかった。やっと入室したら、部屋の清掃は一切行われておらず、ホストに電話したら、「あなたの到着が早過ぎたから準備できていない」との回答。何時にできるか質問したが、全く回答はなくその後は電話口にも出てこなくなった。「2時間ほど経ってから18時には準備できるから待ってくれ。ミスった言い訳に、電話の調子が悪かったとかシステム上の予約はもっと遅い時間に設定されていた。」とか、全く言い分けにならない言い訳が綴られていた。そもそもチェックアウト時間は11時のはずなので、すぐに清掃するのが当たり前だ。 ★宿泊できる状態でない部屋の提供に怒りを覚える。まず、シーツが全て半乾きで、大汗をかいて服がびしょぬrれの状態で寝るイメージだった。普通に寝ると風邪をひくので、シーツとかけ毛布をはずして、長袖のシャツを着こんで、マットの上に直接寝た。掛け布団がないので寒かったが何とか風邪を引かずに朝を迎えた。海中に住んでいるように湿度も高く、エアコンの設定も（でき）なかったので、よく眠れず、翌日の行動にも支障が出た。タオルも乾いておらず使える状態になったのは、退室時だった。 ★洗濯機が深夜まで動いて、煩くて眠れなかった。15時に覗いた時には動いていなかったので、清掃後にシーツ等を選択したのだと思われるが、これもホストと清掃員の怠慢がもたらしたものだ。 ★鍵のロックの仕方が変則的で、30分くらい試行錯誤した結果、運よく自力で発見したが頭の固い人なら永遠に解決できていないだろう。しかし、そのことに関する情報は全くなかった。 ★WiFiが一切使えなかった。部屋には情報がないので問い合わせたが、判別が難しい画像が送られてきて、パスワードエラーで全く接続できなかった。判読間違いの可能性のある文字を変更してみたが、全てアウト。ちゃんと読める画像をリクエストしたが無視された。外部の回線も届かないおかしな構造の部屋だったので、屋外に出ないとホストとのやりとりもできなかった。 ★早めにチェックアウトしたかったので、やり方を質問したが回答なし。委託している会社が朝10時開店で、鍵を投げ込むＢｏｘもないので、結局は無駄に10時まで過ごした。 ★洗面所の設備も小さくて構造の欠陥があり、何度も頭を打った。お湯も出なかった。 ★★★とにかくこのホストにはＢｏｏｋｉｎｇ．ｃｏｍでリスティングする資格はない。直ちに削除されるべき★★★

Bon séjour qui pourrait se renouveler en cas de retour à Besançon

La situation (proche du centre-ville) est excellente. La proximité de places de parking gratuites pour la nuit est un bon atout. J'ai bien aimé la grande douche dans la salle de bains.

Il serait bon d'avoir une armoire ou des étagères pour ranger les vêtements.
