La posizione rispetto al centro città e un comodo parcheggio (a pagamento)
La "camera da letto": si trova su un soppalco raggiungibile con una scomoda scala retrattile, in più il letto (da 140cm) è addossato al muro, per cui chi dorme da quel lato deve scavalcare il/la compagno/a perchè non c'è spazio tra il letto e la ringhiera del soppalco. Veramente scomodo se di notte una persona ha necessità di andare in bagno. Sarebbe meglio specificare questa situazione, persone con difficoltà di deambulazione avrebbero seri problemi, anche per raggiungere la porta di ingresso, vista la conformazione della scala di ingresso.

Schön gelegen, alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Das Schlafsofa war leider unbequem.
