The room was nice. Great that there was a washing machine.

Too hot in that room no airflow and you need the window open and that is super noisy. That is the front room. I know they have rooms facing the park and they will be less noisy, but they killed the original airflow in that building. Also would be great to leave some washing power so you can do a washing......

L'emplacement proche centre ville, l'accès aux studios agréables, confort des équipements

A notre arrivée, pas de chauffage ni d'eau chaude jusqu'au lendemain fin d'après-midi, moment désagréable après une journée de route assez chargée. Par contre le problème a été pris en charge rapidement par les propriétaires qui, à ma demande, m'informait de l'évolution des réparations. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu un geste commercial pour une nuit désagréable (sur quatre) ; cela aurait effacé ce fâcheux contre temps.

Wir waren zufrieden, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, zentrale Lage neben dem Bahnhof.

Gute, zentrale Lage, mehrere Apartements auf dem 2. Stock, Aufzug ist vorhanden. Unser Apartement geht zur Straße, die anderen zum Park. Nachts relativ ruhig. Das Bett ist o.k. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Die Parksituation ist nicht so einfach wie beschrieben, der öffentliche, kostenfreie Platz war meist voll, die Parkplätze vor dem Gebäude sind relativ teuer, sonntags jedoch kostenfrei.

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Besançon

Bon accueil. Appartement bien équipé et près des centres d’intérêts de la ville (15 minutes à pied du centre historique)

Le coffret électrique juste au dessus du lit est trop bas car risque de se cogner la tête (ça a été le cas pour moi!) Sinon, tout est très fonctionnel

Agréable malgré des surprises.

logement "nom Lumière" d'une surface confortable 25 m2, à très grand potentiel, lumineux, en plein centre, face à la gare de besançon, donnant vue sur un parc limitrophe. Au 2ème étage, l'asenceur était en foction pour faciliter l'accès avec les bagages, parking au pied de l'immeuble payant en dehors des dimanches et jours fériés, le parking gratuit était à un petit 1/4 d'heure à pied.

On aurait apprécié la présence de savon pour se laver les mains au coin cuisine dans le séjour, et moins de bruits intérieurs, dans l'apprtement évacuation d'eau usée, arivée tardive dans la nuit de voisins à l'étage, et extérieurs en bas de l'immeuble, sur la terrasse d'un restaurant, et dans le parc avec présence de personnes bruyantes sans savoir être, dommage mais peut être pas fréquents en dehors de l'été.

Superbe appartement à Besançon

Le logement se trouve à deux minutes de la gare, ce qui était très pratique pour moi. J'étais un peu nerveuse lors de la remise des clés, car il y avait plusieurs marches à monter, mais heureusement, tout s'est bien passé. L'appartement n'est pas grand, mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut, même une machine à laver, ce qui est super ! Le propriétaire a répondu immédiatement à toutes mes questions et m'a même aidé le dernier jour, car il n'y a pas de consigne à bagages dans la ville. L'appartement est très bien équipé, lumineux, je n'ai que des choses positives à dire à son sujet. Le rapport qualité-prix est également excellent. Je ne peux que recommander cet hébergement !

Cela fait 2 ans que mes collègues et moi venons passer une semaine aux Suites du Parc. Nous revenons l'année prochaine. C'est idéalement situé et tout y est facile ( équipement, literie, transports ). Nous adorons.

Bon rapport qualité/prix pour visiter Besançon seul ou à deux mais pas pour un séjour romantique

Le logement est situé près de la gare et surtout d'un hub de transports en commun qui permet de visiter Besançon sans souci de garer sa voiture. La voiture peut rester garée au parking Battant (gratuit) à proximité. On peut faire quelques courses dans la rue de Belfort à proximité. Les hôtes sont très serviables.

C'est un peu petit et l'équipement en ustensiles de cuisine est juste suffisant.

Tog två timmar att komma in på rummet. Vi fick bara delar av information hur man kom in och dessutom enbart på franska skriftligt och muntligt av en person som befann sig 800km från Besancon. Efter två timmar kom en engelsk fullständig text och då löste det sig.

Bon séjour de 2 nuits.

Check in et Check out à distance avec des indications très claires par sms. Studio propre, bien équipé et bien chauffé. Situation en face de la gare et proche de l’avenue mais pas de nuisances sonores car en hiver, les fenêtres restent fermées. Parking gratuit à 5min de marche et centre ville à 10min.

Couchage dans un canapé lit (nous avions été avertis). Pas de problème de confort mais quand le canapé est déplié la circulation dans le studio est difficicile : 25 cm entre le fond du lit et le mur et il faut se baisser pour ne pas se cogner contre le téléviseur.

superschöne Tage-wenn Besancon dann wieder hier

Die Lage ist super. Besancon ist wunderschön und der Weg in die Stadt sehr kurz. Geschäfte in der Rue Battant sehr schnell zu erreichen (Supermarkt etc), vor dem Haus sind kostenpflichtige Parkplätze die ab 19 Uhr bis 9 Uhr und an Sonn- und feiertagen kostenfrei sind. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz in der Nähe ist sehr leicht zu erreichen. Busbahnhof, Bahnhof, Strassenbahn und Flixbus in 1 Minute zu erreichen

bei längeren Aufenthalten (wir waren 8 Tage da) muss man eigene Handtücher mitnehmen, da während des Aufenthaltes keine Reinigung erfolgt
