Nice little flat

Nice little apartment in a great location, just up the hill from the old city and not far from the train station. Also, a bakery and supermarket were not far. Parking in front is paid during the day, but a large free lot is nearby in the park. The apartment is well stocked, but small. Kitchen has fridge, microwave, induction stove, toaster, etc, and the washing machine was needed on a long trip. Storage space was at a premium, but with some creativity, we managed. The view to the park was quite nice and with persianas on the windows to keep the sun out, the temperature stayed comfortable (late August).

The only real issue was the size. It's not impossible, clearly, but with all our stuff in the flat, we were usually stepping around things or each other. Apartment is on the second floor with no lift, so keep that in mind if you have issues.

Proche du centre ville à pieds

L'hébergement proche du centre-ville est excellent pour s'y rendre à pieds (20 minutes). L'appartement est calme malgré la proximité de la gare et un flux important de véhicules.

Le stationnement de véhicule n'est pas forcément simple, il y a des parkings gratuits à proximité (3-4 minutes à pieds). L'appartement est au second étage et avec beaucoup de bagages, cela peut être assez contraignant.

Appartement tout à fait charmant

L'appartement est très propre, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. La literie est confortable. Il y a quelques places de stationnement devant et le parking Battant est à 5mn, juste de l'autre côté du joli parc. A 10 mn en voiture de micropolis. Très calme.

La porte de douche est un peu étroite.

Einfaches Appartement für kurzen Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Appartements ist gut, direkt neben einem großen Park. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Vor dem Appartement kann Max. 2 Stunden kostenpflichtig geparkt werden, sollte ein freier Parkplatz verfügbar sein, was selten der Fall ist. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze gibt es am nahe gelegenen Bahnhof.

Das Appartement befindet sich in einem etwas ungepflegten und heruntergekommenem Haus. Wir hatten kein gutes Gefühl der Sicherheit. Im Hausgang hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen. Das Sofa war sehr weich. Insgesamt ließ die Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig. Sauberkeit der Wohnung so weit okay. Das Spülbecken in der Küche war stark verfleckt und in der Dusche gab es Stockflecken. Eine Nacht war gerade noch okay. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.

Appartement pratique, bien situé, directement sur un beau parc très agréable. Logement assez grand et confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Insonorisation et isolation très mauvaises. Logement humide, la ventilation ne fonctionne pas. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de rideaux voilages car il y a du vis à vis.

Tout était bien, belle vue, excellent rapport qualité-prix, beaucoup de documentation sur les possibilités touristiques.

Quelques autres prises (ou une prise multiple ) seraient souhaitables dans la cuisine.
