La place de stationnement en sous sol, La surface de l appartement est spacieuse et fonctionnel. Les photos correspondaient parfaitement à l appartement. Appartement situé dans une rue calme. L Accueil fait par le propriétaire avec la visite et les explications de l appartement sont un plus.
Le canapé est un peu fatigué ……

Relação qualidade-preço; localização (perto da estação ferroviária e do centro); comodidades (incluindo espaço de estacionamento privativo na cave); e silêncio.
Limpeza pode ser melhorada, incluindo na garagem.

Géographiquement bien situé, emplacement voiture sécurisé et logement dans un immeuble calme.
Manque d entretien mais mon avis est subjectif ! Certains pourraient ne pas être dérangés mais personnellement je trouve dommage d être reçu dans un logement qui n a plus été entretenu depuis longtemps. Enfin, les housses de matelas et couette étaient excessivement parfumés je n ai pas compris le sens de les parfumer autant. Heureusement cette odeur s est estompée la seconde nuit.
