Perfect 2 day stay apartment

A very spacious & modern 1 Bedroom apartment. Perfect for our needs. Location was excellent, near the train station & a short walk to the centre of the old town. Owner’s father, who let us in was very helpful & suggested many things we should see on our 2 day visit.

Fan was very good, but in very hot weather an air conditioner would be great.

Nice little appartement, not in the center, but only ten minutes away. Fully equipped, also for breakfast! And the fresh and tasty baguette was delivered in the morning by the friendly and highly supportive owner! Locked and safe parking garage. Quite comfortable on a sunny summer day. We liked it very much!

Had a warm welcome and a relaxed stay in this apartment. Fine neighbourhood. Private parking.

Flexible arrival times, we stayed in touch through WhatsApp. The host was waiting for me when I arrived. He explained all the locks and keys and showed me the apartment. Private parking garage. Cooking stove and sufficient kitchen utensils. A baguette was delivered at the door by the host in the morning. Stéphane let me stay until the early afternoon which was a welcome surprise.

Locks/keys don't always work very well. But I had no trouble getting in or locking any doors.

It was a very cute apartment and we enjoyed our staying :) The host was very kind and everything worked without any trouble. Would definitly recommend it. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was bread every morning :)

A great place to stay for a few nights or even a week or two! My wife and I will be coming back.

The hosts were very helpful and straightforward to deal with. The private parking offered excellent security. The location was good in that there was an easy walk down to the historic centre and the route takes you through the ancient bastions that have protected the town since the 1600's! The walk back up from the town can be tiring which is why I rated the location 'Good' rather than 'Excellent'. However, there is a regular comfortable and cheap tram service that is easy to access from the town centre.

I already recommended this apartment to a couple of friends who plan to visit Besanzon!

The bed was extremely comfortable. I asked Stéphane to tell me where he has bought it. I want the same one for us! About 2 blocks from the train station: perfect for people who visit the city without a car (although the apartment has place for a car). Lovely for silence lovers like us, who like to sleep with open windows. Stéphane thought in everything to make the visitors feel comfortable and the apartment looks brand new! And so close to the old city! Two blocks from there, you can eat a very good pizza: a tiny place attended by his owner: Pizz'Avenue. The city is wonderful, its architecture, old houses and buildings, some 400 years old (or even more!) made of beautiful light orange and light blue stones, so many nice corners to discover, like Gotham, a bar with designed furniture and wonderful oldies music. We loved it. Thanks, Stéphane for your efforts to make us feel so good and for your kindness! You can bet we'll come back and rent your nice apartment next time!

À peu près tout, de l'accueil parfait de notre hôte, le logement impeccable, sa situation parfaite pour nous. Rien oui presque rien à redire. Un matelas et un calme qui assurent de bonnes nuits de sommeil. La place de garage

Juste une petite chose. On pense que ceux avant nous avaient mal nettoyé les couverts. Nous avons dû les rincer avant utilisation. Autrement dit ce n'est rien du tout. Ce petit point négatif pour montrer combien tout est positif dans ce logement.

Appartement spacieux, confortable et bien équipé avec parking en garage. Hôte sympathique. Pour ceux qui aiment marcher, toute la ville peut être visitée à pied et des supermarchés ne sont pas très loin.

Belle découverte

Petit studio, très fonctionnel,et bien équipé. emplacement près du centre touristique, mais pas trop. Le calme de cette jolie petite résidence. Stephane est très sympa et de bon conseil. Le petit plus important ,le parking privé et fermé. Très bon séjour. Je reviendrai.

Très bien, et rapport qualité prix imbattable

Accueil vraiment au top, appartement bien agencé pour 2 et quelques jours. Un parking inclus,, le bus à deux pas, le tram à trois pas. On a rarement des logements propres sur booking alors je signale que celui ci est tout à fait correct sur ce plan. La ruelle est très calme, on a pu dormir fenêtre ouverte.

Je chipote : des oreillers un peu juste en épaisseur

Je ne recommande pas si vous souhaitez un logement propre

Géographiquement bien situé, emplacement voiture sécurisé et logement dans un immeuble calme.

Manque d entretien mais mon avis est subjectif ! Certains pourraient ne pas être dérangés mais personnellement je trouve dommage d être reçu dans un logement qui n a plus été entretenu depuis longtemps. Enfin, les housses de matelas et couette étaient excessivement parfumés je n ai pas compris le sens de les parfumer autant. Heureusement cette odeur s est estompée la seconde nuit.

Centre ville facilement accessible a partir du studio,15 minutes de marche, sinon transport en commun tout proche. Le couchage est très confortable.

Le coin repas est mal adapté pour des personnes âgées,table trop petite et chaises trop hautes.
