    Located in the centre of the beautiful Woodstock. Walk out of the front door, turn left, walk 150 yards and you arrive at the rear ( pedestrian only) entrance to Blenheim Palace gardens and park. 2 car parks to rear of building and very nice beer garden. Breakfast very basic. Rooms clean and nice toiletries. Only negative was no air-con, but after checking - neither had any of the other adjacent hotels….as all were old buildings. Would recommend this hotel.

    Lovely Historic coaching house hotel. Exceptionally helpful staff. Well appointed air-conditioned rooms. Unfortunately, at 4pm during a heatwave, the air-conditioning in my room was not working and the reception staff said no one was available to repair it until the following day, after I had checked out. A fan was available in the room. The EV chargers worked, but only after downloading and registering on the Roam App. Contactless cards not accepted.

    Right in the heart of this beautiful village a few steps away from the magnificent Blenheim palace. Helpful and efficient staff and a wonderful welcome from Selena. Comfortable and beautifully furnished and equipped rooms coupled with the best location in Woodstock makes this heard to beat.

    Room needs upgrade and less noisy plumbing At dinner several choice s not available and three of the four we chose were of very poor quality. The cooked breakfast was mixed. Eggs Benedict acceptable but lukewarm and the avocado on toast the worst we have ever tasted! We used to rate MacDonald hotels!
