We loved having Air Conditioning (it was super hot during our time in Nice) and the kitchen was great to have as well. We were able to have groceries on hand. Although we didn’t use it much because of the heat, the large patio was beautiful. It was great to have a washing machine as well so we could do some laundry (instructions on how to use it would have been great).

I didn’t like how close it was to the train. We could hear (and feel the rumble of) the trains passing by at all hours of the day and night as the tracks were just behind the apartment. I’m not sure why the linens aren’t just included in the fees?? We had to pay 44€ for thin towels, 3 pillowcases and a couple of sheets. The neighbourhood isn’t the best either. I didn’t feel super safe walking around late at night. We could hear the neighbour in the apartment beside us when they used their closet (adjoining wall). It scared us the first time we heard it!
