Apartment full of character, completely renovated in a Nice palace on the 2nd floor with elevator. Located in the Gambetta district 700 m from the train station and the sea, it is in the immediate vicinity of shops. Direct access to the airport and numerous bus lines.
The street is quiet and the apartment is also equipped with double glazing
Large living room with high ceilings and very bright. Fully equipped kitchen including induction, Nespresso.
Independent bedroom with double bed 160 * 200, large wardrobe.
In the living room, very comfortable and brand new 160 * 200 sofa bed.
There is TV, washing machine and dishwasher.
Sheets and towels provided. This apartment is also ideal for business tourism

The apartment is very well located in the centre and 10 min walk from Nice Ville where you can catch the train to all over south of france. The apartment was extremely hot in August and the fan doesn’t work well. It was very difficult to sleep with no AC or proper fan. Its also very loud outside with cars and trains so it was difficult to sleep with window open. The apartment was easy to find but the instructions weren’t clear as to how to get into the main doors of the building. It was very dark when we arrived so we couldn’t see clearly there was a fob as part of the keys. The doors of the unit are very old so its hard to lock and open and close the door. The unit is very spacious and has all necessary equipment and kitchen supplies.

Beautiful place and we were VERY grateful for the instruction sheet. Not all hosts do that and it made it so much easier!!

Property clean and freshly redecorated. very convenient for transport links and visitor attractions. Promenade easily walkable. Only drawback for us - very narrow space between wall and edge of bed so awkward for elderly or less agile people to get in and out of bed. Owner responded very promptly and helpfully to any questions.
